I really do not understand what possesses Phil to keep going with a narrative on the bank document leaks. The only thing I can come up with is that his issues are running the show here, because he's trying to have his cake and eat it too, AND completely unable to commit fully to an adamant denial because his brain is too aware of the truth and won't let him. That's really not a good idea. I've said it before, he made the biggest mistake ever by validating information on the leaks instead of laughing at the whole notion and then furthering the security on his account without mentioning the moment ever again.

I know it's not because he's afraid of getting exposed again, because since when does Phil ever see that shit coming? So WTF? It makes NO sense to admit that those incriminating transactions were real, especially when you compound that with the most ludicrous bullshit. Thousands missing and he didn't notice? Lawyer fees to "clean everything up"(whatever that means)? And now supposedly he has been told by police that he can't do anything?

By all means, Phil, keep going with this as you attempt to stay one step ahead of every possible avenue in which you can be proven a mobile gaming addict and a scamming fucking scumbag. You clearly underestimate your opponents, and always will because your ego is bigger than the fucking Milky Way.

Because the pig honestly believes that he can get away with it. He'll claim that "Oh, well, I didn't know! I bust my ass here 6 days a week." or some bullshit about him not monitoring his finances like the mature adult he claims to be.

Also, Phil; the police can't do shit. They'd tell you to get in contact with your financial institutions. Also, Philliam, a financial institution would immediately spot THOUSANDS of dollars missing IF it was fraudulent: BoA would've frozen your account, called you, and gone through protocol protect your account. Hell, if a bank notices a major purchase, the first thing they do is text you asking if you "are authorizing a purchase of *said item* of this much amount of money?"

I know you won't admit it, Phil. Everything is in black and white. We had read-only access to your account, we couldn't touch that $147 left you had. That said, here's some honest advice from a mentally ill detractor: get help, Phil. Your addiction is eating you alive and is going to end you. Shutting yourself off to the world has done damage to your mental and emotional state.

And no real mature bill-paying adult is going to believe despite having 24 hours in a day and Phil using 8 for sleep and 8 for streaming all without even getting out of his jammy jams he has no free time to "spend with his wife".

His first time addressing it had him claim both possible victim angles at the same time (how it's identity theft and that it was incorrect) but he realised quickly that people, including everyone left on his forum, that the data was correct. So knowing how bad the transactions look, especially since snowkarl brought them up in his last posts in chat, his only angle to go with is to claim that the transaction are fraudulent, regardless of how moronic it sounds in context. It's his only way left to deny that he is a mobile game whale.

A noticeable pattern in Phil's lies is that he always builds on what he refers to a "nugget of truth". He loves to play semantics with other people when they claim something about him, so why wouldn't he do it about him. When the account first leaked, it showed he had about enough money in his account that he had gotten from the last stream at the time, indicating that his account was near empty when he started that stream.

You may have missed the forest through the trees in this reply. The lawyer should have seen the charges on his cards and asked asked what they were for. Allegedly being fraudulent, Phail would have at least seen them back then. His story is so far beyond ridiculous.

My second paragraph went into that part a little bit, but to expand upon it. A bankruptcy court that was being overwhelmed with work, a judge that likely was just wanting to get rid of the case and Phil being one of the first streamers to file for bankruptcy and is it any wonder that he got away with it. With how many videos he has on just DSPGaming, they were not likely to fully investigate that angle. All they would've thought was: he plays video games, video games have microtansactions and these payments are for said microtransactions.

The more pressing matter to the Judge was looking at his physical assets, like the Wahkahndo itself and the contents. A bad decision but Phil's case was not your ordinary bankruptcy, but was treated like it was.

We've known he's been full of shit over his stated finances for years, but his "fans" are either too stupid to understand the implications of his claims (like jaxx who despite supposedly saving up for a car gives Phil money for SF) or just flat out don't give a fuck about it (hell SK knew about his finances as long as most of us, he revealed the leaks to Phil).

I find it funny that Phil is addressing this topic when he has been able to have new events overshadow it in his chat.

So the detractors managed to not only 'hack' into phil's bank account and add all these charges with nothing but some basic info from a cold call to the bank. They also went to the trouble to make it extra convincing by shopping specifically at the merchants that Phil would frequent , ordering Door Dash and picking up bottles of Chardonney and asparagus spears from Total Wine and Fred Meyer over a period of months. And doing it in a way that wouldn't set off ID theft alerts and get the account locked which means they were running around the exact same places he shopped. And they somehow managed to hide all this activity over months from Mr. I Pay bills every day and run my account near empty. And they called up all the financial institutions and somehow convinced them to remove phil from the standard protections everyone else gets for ID theft and fraud. And on top of this for some reason phil was unable to relay this explanation to us until now, weeks after he supposedly discovered this nefarious scheme?

Is he talking about the cops not caring about fraudulent transactions? Because they don't, unless it's something insane or tax dodging is involved the cops won't bother pursuing wire fraud.

Partly because the bank clamps down on fraud instantly. I had a card compromised once and the bank called to tell me they're reversing the charges and closing the card, and that was before I'd even seen the charges hit my account.

The funny part is even if the card is stolen, any goods ordered online still have their taxes paid so there's little incentive to step in.

You’re asking Phil to be human, which is impossible. There’s plenty of games anyone can recognize they’re objectively good but this does not necessarily mean everybody wants to play them.

To give a specific example, you won’t find me disagreeing with the notion FromSoftware has a terrific track-record in making great games, but I’ve never played Dark Souls nor do I have the intention to do it anytime soon.

To quote a Phil’s favorite which he often forgets to practice: “the world isn’t just black and white”.

Most of his whales know that he's full of shit, they tip mostly because they see it as getting back at us (there's a reason for the punching the air joke), with the rest being too stupid to realise it. For Phil to be lying about a tip, he would need it to not show up on stream. The only consistant tips that behave like that are the tips from the likes of silentrob and OMM.
