Boob jobs are the #1 most popular cosmetic surgery in the world for a reason. And it's not just getting implants, trying to increase your bust size via other means such as supplements, food, creams, etc. is all part of a several billion dollar industry.

Being flat chested has always been seen as a negative thing for women, and I personally remember me and my gf's stuffing our bras with toilet paper or towels, and being upset that we were flatter than the other girls and popular celebrities (not realizing these women had implants and/or were wearing push up bras). And if you ever check out plastic surgery or certain beauty related forums/subs, you'll see plenty of posts of women lamenting about having a flat chests and how they are ugly and can't get a boyfriend because they don't have bigger boobs.

Unfortunately, hating the size of your boobs and wishing they were bigger is waaay too common among women. The breast enhancement industry thrives off this insecurity.

All that being said, the average woman doesn't want big fat anime tits like troons do.

Most of my friends have had boob jobs. In fact, I'd say a lot of women you know in RL likely have boob jobs as well, they're just subtle so they aren't obvious like the god awful 90s oversized implants were.

As for myself, I eventually accepted my boobs, and tbh I credit a lot of that to SJW movement, at least the early SWJ movement, that promoted actual body positivity instead of the insanity we have now.

Also, what helped is that as I got older I realized men literally like boobs in general, regardless of size, and that basing my self worth on how attractive men find me is a fruitless endeavor... we all get old and looks fade.

To keep this Kevie related, he is not going to take care of those implants and will end up in a world of hurt. You have to follow strict instructions for months after the surgery in order for the implants to drop and "fluff". Failure to do so results in what happened over in the Anisa Jomha thread; her surgeon did a beautiful job, but she didn't follow post care instructions, and now her tits are saggy and painful looking.

On top of that, breast implant illness is a real thing some women get. If Kevvie gets that on top of his newly drilled hole, he is going to be in for a non-stop world of pain and illness.
