Based on a very surface level google search i did (Far too much work for a brave, Disabled, Jewish, Cuban Transman trying to get pregnant) I gathered that this probably related to her trying to attribute her weight gain to her Thyroid, whereas the Dr is basically telling her she is full of shit and the Alkaline phosphatase would be concentrated elsewhere in the body if that was the case. If I'm grossly mistaken I welcome any medical nerds to correct me.

Becky has been getting so much expensive trips and toys since childhood, yet loves to act like she's always been an impoverished poor woman always on the verge of living in a carboard box behind a Costco.
It sounds like she was hoping to have Paget's disease of bone, which would also potentially account for her elevated levels. Except that mostly happens in old people, and mostly in men. Whereas gallstones disproportionately impact people exactly like Becky. But of course she needs to have the rare progressive disease that would give her a better disability pass at Disneyland, not the boring one where the doctor tells you to eat a low-fat diet and see if that improves things before moving on to laparoscopy.
It actually doesn't help Becky's narrative, because this just further shows how privileged she was brought up. Her parents spent likely thousands on fertility treatments, then thousands more on adoption, then "special formula" and now she claims they could still afford Cancun trips.
She's never known what it actually means to go without, and thinks not getting everything she wants when she wants it means she's "oppressed".

Becky's employer, Respawn Entertainment, just announced that they will no longer be selling Titanfall (an online-only multiplayer first-person-shooter game), although the online servers will still be kept up (for now).
Fans are NOT happy, since this is obviously the first step towards Respawn eventually pulling the plug on the servers. As I understand it, this kind of stuff (companies making online-only games and then shutting them down a few years later) has been a big source of drama in the games industry.

I imagine when 99% of people talk about preserving games, they mean being able to play them even if old game consoles become unavailable or online servers get shut down. But according to Becky, Titanfall fans shouldn't complain about the game not being preserved since the game's source code is presumably stored somewhere in Respawn HQ... you see, wanting to actually PLAY the game or have an open source version of the code is an ""accessibility"" issue, not a ""preservation"" issue! These are totally different!

In the case of yanking the first Titanfall from stores, it's a near death knell because the only time that gets big enough player counts anymore is when the game goes on sale, especially on Steam, which sees an influx of a few people for a few weeks before it dies back down.
Also there's some bugs that Respawn needs to patch in both games because there's a single dude out there who's determined to make the game crash for people using corrupt strings just because he's a jerk and Respawn doesn't care because it's old and not APEX. I assume that's what the OP is referring to with "lack of game preservation."

I think Jake Alley represents a fairly typical follower. The kind of oblivious and self-centred person who talks about progressive issues, but only as far as it benefits them.
