It happens in real life. I just had to babysit for a childhood friend last week, even though another childhood friend of ours lives in her house and was there the entire time, because friend 1 doesn't think friend 2 is smart enough to handle caring for children (also friend 2 can't put down a damn video game to change a diaper)...she'd rather pay me to be there so she KNOWS her kids are taken care of.

To be fair, though, I don't barge into my friends house and belittle her for how she chooses to raise her kids, especially if she's doing normal things like treating her biologically female children like girls.

I was going to say they probably know about the nine-year-old, but considering the girls' father was also a sick fuck it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't tell James' parents "by the way your son is raping our child". Can't remember if he's ever said if his parents found out, just that her parents did.

If they do know about the nine-year-old and aren't keeping tabs on James, that's pretty irresponsible. Because if your child has a history of child raping you should probably monitor his internet activity when he's living in your home.
