Our world needed Rittenhouse, but I'm not sure we're quite ready for him yet. We're getting closer than at any point in my life though.

Also some towns really did have armed defenders turn out. We just didn't hear about them often because Antifa &c. only start shit when they see no risk to themselves. We hear about Kyle not because he was the first person brave enough to show up IRL, but because he was naive enough to get caught out alone, while still skilled enough to give good account of himself.

He also got his AR back and is having it destroyed from what I understood? I'm not going to lie I do feel a slight twinge of disappointment at that but Kyle obviously doesn't view it as some holy relic communist bane and doesn't want to be reminded of it so I get that. Zimmerman auctioning off his little kel-tec as the gun that killed Trayvon Martin did come off as a pretty scummy move to me when it happened.

To be fair, I somewhat sympathize with the second one - I'm sure a lot of you remember when knowingly giving someone HIV or donating infected blood was lowered to a fuckin misdemeanor in California. If I lived in California I'd feel genuinely worried about getting a blood transfusion after a car accident or some similar painful incident, only to end up with AIDS because of some bugchasing subhumans.

If I recall correctly he's just a friend of Floyd and not actually a relative.
