Will a doctor refuse to do a radical nose job if they think it will mess up your sinuses?

I’m curious if there is a line of plastic surgery here and where that line is. So much of this sounds painful and awful and it is a shame that what is basically plastic surgery has been reclassified as “life saving”

EDIT: personally, I can see some plastic surgeries being considered “life saving” in a mental health way. Reconstructive surgeries after burns and accidents. Correcting deformities, skin removal after massive weight loss, things like that.
