Federal government attempted to get the lawsuit for the OSHA vaccine mandate moved to a different court. It's currently in the Sixth Circuit, they wanted it moved to a Washington D.C. court so they would have a better chance of a win. They also wanted the case to be 'held in abeyance', i.e. they wanted proceedings to be temporarily halted. Both motions were denied by the court, probably a good sign for the outcome of the legal challenge against it.

Holy shit. My mom came into my room to bring me a plate of chicken nuggets and I literally screamed at her and hit the plate of chicken nuggets out of her hand. Hey, they are only a little late with this. Considering I called it in the first quarter of the year.
The writing has been on the wall ever since they shot down student debt relief. With that being such a core demographic issue it was inevitable that they'd see losses. Everything since has only compounded the issue.
Removing the core issue for a group from the board then adding economic worries on top of a core issue that itself was economic is just terrible.
