Honestly surprised at his age he would touch Rockstar energy drinks. Those things are straight up toxic after age 30, But then again he killed himself after that video so I guess why bother you know?

His last video made no fucking sense whatsoever. I've watched it many times and its just one big pill induced word salad but it did also make me hungry for some gas station hot dogs and fountain Soda. Its an interesting American experience that you can walk into any gas station and grab 2 hot dogs and a coke for under $3 that you wont see in any other country. Instead, the judgment got entered and his wife got it all. On top of that, his alimony obligation alone totaled $195,000 to be paid over 2.5 years, which he had absolutely no chance of paying. He had no useful skills and absolutely no work ethic; he would struggle to hold down a minimum wage position let alone something that would provide him $6500/month in after-tax dollars plus enough extra for him to live on. This was a man who jumped out his window when the other option was dying slowly in a fire.

It’s still on him, though, for being too drunk and high to ever notice that his entire life was disintegrating until it was too late. And he should have at least thought of his damn kids.

Definitely not an SSN, I guess she would have an ITIN (non-citizen taxpayer) even though she wasn't on a visa, of course the tax collectors don't care about that part. He would have to have known she was on the hook. It's in the MO court records. And I've pointed that out however many times in this thread that yeah, if she's on the hook for the business's debts, you better believe she is entitled to the assets as well. Those were sold, and half that money is hers legally. His alimony payments (on top of child support) were set so high because he had intentionally squandered every dollar he had in his accounts and still owed his ex her cut. Of course he was going to have to work out some shit to get that paid. The court knew he didn't have anything left, that's why they stomped him so hard. Even the guy that lost a HUGE $2mil lawsuit with Nintendo for hosting ROMs got put on a $50 per month payment plan through the courts (which he proceeded to also not pay, making his failure even more hilarious). And of course, MOM. His parents' net worth is astronomical just looking at the property records. Absolutely stupid and selfish for him to have offed himself that way.

Lowtax would sometimes mention his "debt to the IRS," which is generally assumed to be the over $100k debt to the Missouri Department of Revenue, but it is possible that he owed the feds back taxes as well. That wouldn't show up in the state's court records that are freely accessible online.

The gofundme has reached $90k and there have been two updates today as to how the money is being used. Looking at it that way shows how it's not really that much cash with what college costs, especially if that shit doesn't get fixed before they start classes (with the oldest graduating high school in the next 2 or 3 years). Some goons are angry about the gfm existing which is funny because absolutely no one was strong-armed into donating and the site's current staff doesn't want to be seen as pushing it either.

A common phrase in civil suits is "You can't get blood from a turnip." Now the root vegetable will never sprout again, and Lowtax's family won't be able to wring much out of his mangled corpse. All child support and alimony ended effective the day he died, and the families will get Social Security death benefits (including the canucks). The ~$90k held in escrow is still up in the air last checked, but it has to go somewhere. Let's hope the lawyers don't absorb it all.
