And remember how he was JEALOUS of his cousin when she moved into the Burnell house? Of course, Phil would rant and rave about how she was "addicted to drugs.", but she cleaned up her life, went to school, and she's now an addiction specialist. Honestly, I think there may have been other issues like they tried to have another kid, but she had trouble getting pregnant again and Phil was their only shot. That actually has me wondering why Dave and Linda didn't have more children. Phil has talked about their marital issues before, and I'm guessing there's more to it than even he knows because he's obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer. In fact, I'm surprised he noticed THAT much, TBH, given his very clearly narrowly-focused attention on when he's next going to be handed something. The Wolverine Toy Story alone demonstrates that.
I know he grew up with a cousin or something, and I wonder how that plays into this, if it does at all. Perhaps Linda WANTED an only child to spoil? Seems odd, but plausible, though I'm starting to doubt my own thoughts on her now that I know she agreed to confiscate Phil's car after he crashed it. I'm pretty sure she did that knowing his reaction, because it was after the Wolverine Toy Story, and what are the odds that the pigroach kept his thoughts to himself on that one until years later when he had a camera to talk to? That doesn't paint her as being so prone to sheltering her kid as I initially thought. Suggests having a threshold, which Phil does not seem to possess. So where did that trait come from?
So many questions, so little chance of an honest answer.

If the IRS investigated Phil he would get away with it.Will the pig try to pigroach luck into BoA to cover his gambling habit? Well, on the bird app, other detractors are surmising that Phil is using Burnell Productions as a front to cover his gambling addiction, so he can write off the gambling losses as "business expenses." There were talks about reporting Phil to the IRS for tax evasion, but if there's one thing you don't do, it's fuck with the U.S. government. Report Phil if you want, but know if the IRS finds out that you're filing a false report, you get in trouble. Because if you're filing a report against someone lying on their taxes, they require your SSN and other personal information to process the claim. They're not stupid. They take down cartels and other shithole 3rd world governments for fun. I digress.
Back to my previous point. Do I think Phil is that stupid? Yes. Will he do it? I doubt it. Here's why: someone that's clearly mentally ill will spot the trend in BoA, another detractor of course, and do an investigation into his claim. They'll notice a trend that he authorized everything and will deny the reimbursement, and protocol will go into effect. Phil will lose, cry foul, and go "Uh, I did nothing wrong, guys! See! I told my bank and they fucked me over! I told them that it was identify theft and they told me 'No! Fuck you!'" *Snort* "See? I always get screwed, guys!"
Nancy didn't need to.They won't fucking do that just like Nancy didn't for the bankruptcy.
Phil's livelihood relies on the same lonely male impulses.I love that Phil acted so outraged at "Japanese culture shit" because of men paying a lot of money for women's attention. Yeah, totally respectable stance coming from the guy who bought a condo from a coworker's boyfriend to impress her. This guy is the most pathetic human specimen we've ever had the misfortune of sharing a species with.
Aren't you forgetting a certain heir? Phil called himself a "pet parent" a while ago, so Jasper has clearly been chosen to inherit the illustrious Burnellio family name and legacy. You see, ever since he started playing the YaKOOzuh games, Phil has gained a robust knowledge of Japanese culture and history. During the feudal era of Japan, especially the warring states period, adoptions were somewhat common among the samurai class, with adopted children having full rights to inherit. In fact in a lot of cases adoption was used as a last resort in case the current head could produce no male heirs or if all of them died. Of course in the majority of cases the adopted child was from the samurai class, but there are cases where lowborn people were turned samurai through adoption or marriage. A particularly interesting example is that of Uesugi Kenshin, whose biological father was Nagao Tamekage. Kenshin's 4 sons were also all adopted. That was because he gained wizard powers and didn't want to lose them, he never married or took any concubines. Phil is just following the example of those powerful samurai warriors and warlords. Sound good? Also, to know that the Burnell name dies with him, because Phil hates kids, and that doesn't surprise me.
if he's reporting his 5k a month "business" expenses like he did on his fraud bankruptcy then he's absolutely committing tax fraud too. i wouldn't be surprised if he is and i also wont be surprised that he'll get away with itI doubt he's fucking around with the IRS though
His bankruptcy attorney Rochelle knew about the 5k-9k business expenses, signed off on all of it. She knew how to cover it up. It's not bankruptcy fraud, at least by the letter of the law and knowing how to get away with it.if he's reporting his 5k a month "business" expenses like he did on his fraud bankruptcy then he's absolutely committing tax fraud too. i wouldn't be surprised if he is and i also wont be surprised that he'll get away with it
he got away with it because rochelle and the judge were old boomers who have no idea what streaming is and just took him at his word. hes not spending 5k a month on "microtransactions". the judge approving it and a clueless boomer lawyer signing off on it doesnt make it not fruadHis bankruptcy attorney Rochelle knew about the 5k-9k business expenses, signed off on all of it. Dsp has the power to make detractors go away not only for the month, but for the rest of his life- all he has to do is stop acting like Dsp. Again Phil just wants his problems to just magically go away without having to make a single change or put in any effort.not that I give a shit, but he's saying us evil detractors should take the month off and "be nice to Phill, cause it's the holidays" while he's over here shaming/guilt-tripping/scamming disabled people out of their disability checks? Also, everyone knows he's a racist regardless of whether he said it or not.
