I would argue that the judge was focused on the wrong thing completely. She was focused on Physical assets like the Wahkando and his consoles.

It's things like this that indicate that Phil knows that he relies on whales. He's trying to get everyone else to donate so he doesn't have to admit it,

Dsp has the power to make detractors go away not only for the month, but for the rest of his life- all he has to do is stop acting like Dsp. Again Phil just wants his problems to just magically go away without having to make a single change or put in any effort.

Phil, you want people on the internet to stop laughing at you? Then stop giving them material to laugh at. This isn't that hard, 99.99999% of humans are at least intelligent/self-aware enough to not have thousands of people mocking them on the internet. Hell, just imagine if once a week DSP restreamed a TIHYDP and teased/laughed at himself, maybe explained some of the shit in it, gave some context, talked about what went wrong at the time etc. There's YEARS worth of TIHYDP's he could watch and review and he'd be making money on people who shit on him, and it would take some of the sting out of the trolling.

Just spitballing here, but there's so much he could do if he weren't such a gigantic bitch.

He has sort of attempted to the scratch the surface of detractor level content by using certain types of memes that have originated in detractor circles, such using emotes of his face that are commonly associated with sound bites or visual gags in some detractor videos and TIHYDPs. However the key but about him using these troll elements in his content is that they were only applied to his streams after an incredibly lengthy amount of time, and when they were finally implemented they mostly wore out their welcome and people seemed less interested in using those sorts of emotes. The only reason it got off the ground in the first place is like someone mentioned here just recently, the detractor community is far more talented and creative then any and all of Phil's genuine fan's abilities are combined, it took one of his dent heads the idea about appropriating troll content and simply rebranding it as their own, by Phil's own logic everything about him and his image is fair game, and if he can play things up for a joke but only be on the receiving end of that pahsative feedback, then he's all ears.

It seems to me like the biggest hurdle about him ever trying to expand into that domain is that Phil's ego is so massive and so warped by all the years of ridicule and criticism (the majority of it genuine, some not, Phil can't tell the fucking difference most of the time) that it would absolutely disgust him to the core to see what people like us think about him right in front of his audience where he can normally control the narrative and smack him right in the face about his takes on games, news, opinions whatever it may be, that he would immediately want to close this avenue off because it breaks apart all his lies he's solidified around himself, however the fact that a sizable portion of his stream viewers are in the know of what trolls do or say anyway, it wouldn't phase them much.

Phil would have to drop his guard massively and roll with the punches, something that Phil has never done in the entirety of his life, remember that massive 1 hour debunking video he did on 10 particular topics by a twitter detractor, it was all filled with false narratives and elaborate lies that completely shifted the blame away from him or he changed the story entirely by using his typical narcissist personality traits, saying he doesn't know what the fuck people are talking about, taking things out of context, people trying to make him look bad etc.

Edit: Although the farms were only half right about the whole escort story thing, but the point still stands, 9.5/10 were porky pies.

Cryptocurrency has been around for years and the American federal government is only now just beginning to legislate collecting on it. It will always be this way because for some reason the American voter refuses to elect someone other than retarded septuagenarians who are physically incapable of understanding current technology.
