Maybe he is right when he says that he has never abandoned one of "his" children. Maybe the reason the judge could not rule that he had to abandon his daughter was because he was not her biological father. I don't know how cucked the US family courts are but would proof that he is not the father and the biological father stepping in absolve Tomlinson of taking care of her?

There's a presumption in Wisconsin that the husband is the father. He'd have to overcome that and prove that he's a cuck.

I don't want to come off as power leveling and I am NOT a lawyer. But I have seen it played out in many ways and state by state it's different and even in the same state, it's case by case.

A good friend of mine knocked up a woman in college. At six months, mom just abandoned him with the kid. I don't know how he did it, but he finished an electrical engineering degree as a single dad. Nine years later, mom shows up out of the blue with a court order for an DNA test.

Turns out he isn't the father and the court awarded full custody to the mom and he had to pound sand. No child support and no visitation. I know people make fun of cucks online but this was devastating for my friend. Nine years he raised this kid and gone in an instant. I helped him clearing out his house of the kid's stuff, he kept crying. Like you got to understand, this woman is a fucking train wreck so this kid is fucked.

It was like his kid died. And his wife took it terribly as well. That was her step daughter. She was the older sister to my friend's son.

This is called parenthood by estoppel. Generally you don't want to establish a parental relationship and essentially just dump the kid. Unfortunately it sometimes leads to nonsensical results like that.

He wanted nothing to do with the kid or The mom. The mom wanted him gone. The state...nope we want you to pay for the kid.

The general principle is anything that ends up with the kid on welfare or public assistance, they don't want if they can rope anyone nearby into it.

This can get really ugly if a deadbeat parent goes on welfare and the other could have paid support. The state often waits until that debt hits an enormous amount and then suddenly throws felony nonsupport charges at the father.

This is a horrible field of law and most people who practice it ultimately lose all faith in humanity.

None were actually ONA members. Club owner was Cris Italia, who is tangentially (tangenially) related to the O and A universe. He's immediately recognizable by comics in that space though doesn't stand out too much.

Canyon Boykin is an ex cop who was involved in a local controversial shooting of an unarmed black man who had his case dismissed under suspicious circumstances. He was chosen because he fit the build.

Rahul Kumar was picked out of a hat. I do find it hilarious that Seth Simons called and left voicemail messages on dozens of Rahul Kumars around NYC
