That second one is the really important part. Had a friend who worked part time as a QA tester and he told me he would rarely work on the same game for more than a couple of months, simply because most games only need lots of QA for a few months around launch. Then they'd leave and find another game to work on.idk all the details here, but I do know that manual QA is a very low skill easily replaceable job. Nobody should fucking expect job security in manual QA. How do you do manual QA in gaming? Know how to game and use a ticket desk app... Its also often staffed by contract workers who technically work for the company but are usually let go once a project wraps up (New Warzone update for instance).
