Jesus, I can't with Phil today. Dude literally got upset that Metroid games doesn't quote "Tell you where to go." It's almost like Metroid style games ENCOURAGE you to explore your surroundings. Shocking! BTW, hi, Phil!
But he like metroidvania games he said it so many times now, didn't you know if you just repeat something, it makes it true.
Does phill realise no one is a fan of everything like people are not going to like you more just because you happen to be a "fan" of the same game or series as them

Imagine spending $5 to apologize that you didn't handhold hard enough all the other times you sent this guy money :story:

Yeah, I checked out some of the stream today, it was literally the first I've watched of him playing Dread, and I shut it off after about 10 minutes because it was just that homo GameTrekker handholding.

The people who want to feel special because they've finished a game (and get special attention for being the Pig's crutch) who tell him what to do fucking suck. They'll always make sure to prevent him from making decisions that he'd normally fuck up on his own and then have to go back and repeat a lot of shit while having a meltdown, which is the only shit of his worth watching. It's such a turn off to watch. Like how Papavera (OH! Papavera, OH!) would just fill the chat telling DSP literally every single thing to do in Minecraft. How tf can that be entertaining for anybody?

No, because Phil wants to fit in with what's popular and latch onto it. If it's popular, fuck it, that's what he wants. He wants to surround himself with winners, when in fact, dude was born to lose. Live to win? Nope! That requires effort. Doesn't matter if he hates it, he wants to be recognized as being "part of that crowd.".

Actually being his own person? Fuck that! That requires effort. Why does he think that? Honest mentally ill thought, dude is a social outcast with such thoughts of grandeur, he honestly feels that if he attaches his name to something popular, he'll get that one thing he loves the most: cash and recognition for his "contribution" to what other people love. Love a certain sports team because they're winning? Phil is all in! Doesn't give a rat's ass about the game or anything before, Phil is a FAN! Oh, you're calling Phil a liar? Well, you're banned. Dude is the true definition of a bandwagoner.

Depends on how far he slanders YouTube for the ban.

He could go back to Twitch now, its not like his channel was banned he just can' get Subs, Gifted Subs, Amazon Prime Subs, Bits or Cheers. The only thing he could do is con people in to more tips and his Patreon.
Yes, and the fact that this alone is enough to drive him back to YT is proof positive of just how much he is reliant on money the paypigs aren't thinking about as he begs for tips. He can spin it however he wants, there's no getting around the fact that his lifestyle requires tips to be extra money and since he refused to ever acknowledge his Twitch checks being so important to him until after they were gone, that proves that he doesn't want people noticing such money while he's getting it.

This is why his game of walking the fine line that allows him to need tips but never be in such trouble that his paypigs are to think he's truly risking homelessness really just doesn't work. Nobody lives like that, it's so suspiciously perfect that it's no wonder only paste-eating imbeciles fall for it. It's such a Phil thing to do, as well, fits in perfectly with his entitlement and spoiled nature. He gets to enjoy never spooking his paypigs too much but still having the appearance that at no point should they get too comfortable with his supposed situation. Having his cake and eating it too.

Though, with the Jasper incident, and the time he fucked up and went too far claiming his mortgage was in jeopardy (which apparently it may have actually been), I'm not totally convinced that Phil is being kept in check with his assertions of the sky falling by his own devices. The closest I've seen him get to apologetic is when both of those grifts blew up in his face, HARD, and he backpedaled like his life depended on it. So who knows how far he would go if it didn't ever backfire.
You could litteraly go through the YouTube TOS and pick anything and it will show how Phil has broken the TOS. Hate Speech for one, bullying another, Scam and deceptive practices and Fake Engagement to name a few. Like his subs and views are arificially increased because of SOCK accounts, he bullies his audience, insults them and bans them, he scams his viewers, and his hateful slurs ( this includes his racism ).

Yet he's still on YouTube.
This is why I'm pretty sure his blatant years-long violation of the 24 hour exclusivity rule is why he got de-partnered, because he doesn't have that going against him on YT, since it's where he both uploads to and streams from now. Amazon isn't better than Google, there's no way Phil managed to embarrass them enough with his behavior to think that was the reason, and so too it will be with YT. He simply doesn't draw enough attention from the kinds of folks who have pull with either company.

There is a rub, though, for the pigroach, not us, and that's that Phil is never going to stop trying to go viral in an attempt to revive his career and escape the hell of being a tard wrangler for the rest of his days. As unlikely as he is to succeed, if he ever does manage to get what he wants, he's going to find very quickly that he should not have, because there's no fucking way that any normies who tune into any of his streams are going to be prepared for what they get assaulted with.

Phil won't be uttering anything cancel-worthy, probably, but the resulting ridicule just might trigger him into saying something supremely stupid, because he won't be prepared for that any more than any normies will be ready for what a DSP stream is like. And it goes so thoroughly against what he expects out of a moment where he goes viral that there's no way he can keep his inner toddler in check over it.

He did, and he fucking sucked as usual: https://youtu.be/O3W0V5sWsZs
This was everything I wanted and more. The way he stands stock still while aiming is fantastic. Absolutely no idea about covering fire and when he gets pinned he just sits there and waits for them to just finish him off.

"My gun doesn't shoot that far" was my favorite quote by far.

So question for you gents.

What are phil prospects after he eventually retires from being a streamer, since age will catch up to him. How can he survive after such?
He won't retire. There will just be a few unexplained absences until Kat tweets from @ChaosRealm01 "Phil's dead. Sound good?"

Phil won't stop streaming until he's dead or all massive companies pull the plug on streaming. If the latter happens, he'll beg for a while and probably move back with his parents once the booze money runs out.

Well, that's good to hear. And with all the SUPPORT Metroid Dread's been getting, maybe Phil can finally get around to playing Hollow Knight like his fans have been asking him to do for literal years.

He'll never play it.
If he goes back to playing another Metroidvania game, it will absolutely be one of the easier ones.

As much as I don't REALLY want to, Phil's very obvious lack of any backup plan leaves me with no choice but to agree that there's no such thing as him retiring, aside from, well... life.

As for whether streaming will be the last kind of job he ever holds... that's tougher to say. He's less employable these days than he was in his twenties, but that doesn't mean it's absolutely impossible for him to get lucky and find somewhere to work that is fairly immune to the consequences of association with The Guy. Exceedingly unlikely, but not 100% never going to happen in any timeline.

What determines his future there is whether he's willing to move on once he has no choice, because the end of his streaming is inevitable. The paypigs may be dumb, but it's also very obvious that they can, at the moment, relate to him, and that is the very thing keeping them around, more than their lack of intelligence.

I'm able to say this because if they were merely following Phil out of sheer stupidity, there would not be such a culture between them, we wouldn't see them develop, say, the attitude that once OIC hits the tips goal they don't need to contribute any further. We wouldn't see them enjoying making the pigroach squeal. They prevent him from squealing as much as WE would like him to, but they could be going a lot further than that, way more to HIS liking, and they don't.

This means that once Phil no longer has anything to comb back, and what's there is white like his skin, and his days off now involve a routine trip to a fucking pharmacy for old people meds, the paypigs are going to have a difficult time seeing themselves in their Gout Lord. Remember, he LARPs as a mature adult with a business degree and a family, and they relate to that game of pretend. For now, that works, but one day it's going to mean certain expectations, that he will no longer live up to, because he'll be simply visibly too old.

Honestly, Phil should hope he dies young, because the older he is when he's still streaming, the worse it's going to be.

Oh he's never going to give up being a streamer. I see it going like this: continue what he's doing now till his parents kick the bucket. That will give him a money buff. He'll still keep begging till he gets a Social Security check every month (assuming he's been paying into Soc. Sec as part of his "business") and the scamming will continue till he himself kicks the bucket.

My theory on what will occur with Phil, once MIT First completes the forclosure on the Conneticut condo he will be in a world of hurt.

First he will get a massive legal bill, which he will beg for on stream and lose his fucking mind.

Second, he will then face a penalty over the forclosure, probably a deficiency balance. This will massively impact his zero credit again.

Third, MIT First will put a lean on his Washington Condo and any other assets he may have including business assets since the idiot is in a sole proprietorship instead of an LLC/Ccorp.

Fourth, Khet leaves him.

Fifth, He ends up back in Conneticut with his parents.

Sixth, he either kills himself or ends up on the street.

That's pretty much how I see the next maybe 2 years in Phil's life, that's if he doesn't get banned from YouTube first.

You're coming at this assuming the pigroach is a normal human being.

What's more likely is that he will get another 6 figure dono from the US government.

Phil is never going to stop streaming. Yes, the man is a major league idiot and asshole, but even he knows that his job prospects are slim to none, especially for a gig that he thinks he's qualified for since he is a mature adult with a business degree. In Phil's mind, he thinks he deserved a comfortable middle management job, where he does nothing all day, but gets paid to sit there and look pretty. In the mentally ill world, Phil qualifies for low skill/no skill labor. I wouldn't trust Phil to flip burgers at Jack in The Box, let alone hold some form of power where it can affect a company's bottom line.

However, Phil being Phil, if something DRASTIC does happen, such as failing health, both physical and mental, I do see this happening if the current protectory takes hold: his gambling addiction gets worst, his parents catch wind of what's REALLY going on, do an intervention, and place him on a conservatorship where they control EVERY aspect of his affairs, and he's forced to move back to that ghetto he escaped from. Again, that's a LOT of "What if's...", but do I think Dave and Linda will catch wind of their son and how he's failed as a mature adult? Honestly, I don't know. That would require making a surprise visit to see him for them to see of what's going on.

If my lore is correct, didn't his mom express concern of his spending habits back in CT when they went to his CTkhando and saw all the figures he bought, his mom told him that he has to "put money away". In a big brain move, he took that as "Well, I'm running away as far as humanly possible." to Washington.

Does Phil think that he can keep milking his paypigs? Yes. For how long? I honestly don't know. If one paypig (Timboslice) can still support Phil while going through bankruptcy, I'm sure that some other paypig will step up. However, the paypigs of old have realized that Phil is a blackhole and will never see a ROI and eventually give up. One paypig leaves, another steps up.

Phil's Youtube fanbase is something else. 🧩

That depends entirely on them seeking, and getting, a deficiency judgment. I refuse to count on that on basic principle, because this is the goutsphere, but it is accurate to say that IF that were to happen, it would put quite a damper on Phil's current lifestyle. Mainly because his all-consuming drive in life is to secure the most ideal "get everything I want and next to nothing I don't" situation that he can possibly hold onto for as long as possible, and he never prepares himself for it to end because contemplating that is too scary for him. There's a reason he refuses to consider the far future, when he's in his eighties and even in worse health than he already is.

As such, suddenly having thousands to pay to MidFirst is not something he'll be able to handle AND keep spending the way he's used to, which at the very least is going to mean more effort on his part to come up with a good begging scheme, because there's no fucking way he's going to admit the real reason he needs WAY more tips than usual. This will irritate him beyond measure just by itself, and then add onto that the impact it would have on his gacha whaling. There's no way the paypigs are covering the judgment for him, they didn't cover his mortgage when he asked for that either, and it was way less money.

It still wouldn't sink him, but it would be fun to watch.

I can see that easily, because Linda DID attach a condition onto that tax money she gave him (which he spent on getting married instead and I seriously doubt she knows that), which comprised of him getting a ten year plan together (which he lied about doing, and I doubt she knows that either). It demonstrates a lack of observation of how amoral her son is, but it DOES show her observation of how unprepared her son tends to be.

Which is why I'm pretty sure that all it would take for Phil to lose his relationship with his mother is her somehow coming face-to-face with how much he has lied to her for most of his life. Even without knowing the full truth, she knew enough to not just hand him thousands of dollars or assume he's good with money. Imagine if she DID know the full truth...
