What I am trying to get at here (and forgive me for not giving a lot of lead up to this undoubtedly correct conclusion) is that Kevin is horny for a "crotch rope" because he believes the women who are paid to perform in pornographic videos enjoy them, and as Kevin's views regarding women, womanhood and femininity are formed by pornography and other media he believes that "crotch ropes" are dainty and ladylike and that because he has deluded himself into believing that he is a woman (amongst other things) that means that he must like them too, as all the girls do (at least in Kevin's cumrotted brain).
