Just noticed what appears to be a fishtank behind her. Those poor fishes, doubt they get the attention and care they deserve, if they are still alive that is. And that old Dell seems to have the sidepanel missing with stuff piled into the inside so that PC also isn't getting the care and attention is should either. I'm genuinely shocked the tacos in question aren't choco tacos or Taco Bell. I didn't think the Slaton's knew how to cook anything that didn't use the toaster or microwave.

Ground beef plus pre-packaged taco seasoning (I'm assuming) isn't really any better than Taco Bell. It may be lower in calories, but it's still packed with sodium. Plus, God knows how much cheese and sour cream they coat them in.

She gained the weight back as soon as she left the nursing home where her meals were restricted. What a terrible medical condition she's been cursed with!
