At no point in the thread does anyone even seem to elaborate why they hate QD or Cage. In any other thread dropping a "Fuck that idiot Todd" or "Why is Druckmann still an allowed topic on this board?" would be a permaban for driving by.

I read into this a while ago. Essentially, the "bigotry" allegations against the studio were tossed out as illegitimate. It was ruled the person who filed the big photogate lawsuit of wrongful termination, to which the omnibus of muh bigotry allegations was attached in reporting from Le Monde and Mediapart, was "complicit" in whatever lead to them being sacked.

The skirting of French Labour laws (stringent as they are), and crunch? Those held some water it seems. But they hold for every studio.
