How can someone who never leaves the house have such shitty skin?
Not to go off on a tangent here but troon medicine reminds me of Michael Pollan's writings on what he calls "nutritionism" and the eternal quest to discover what makes certain foods such as blueberries or broccoli healthy.
As Pollan puts it, "The secret ingredient in broccoli is broccoli."

Many (if not most) troons don't have the look of young, dewy women, but women who are significantly older than they are.
Like the other day in the tranch thread I said that Penny passes for 50 and Kevin looks like he's starting to round the curve of the early 40s where your skin stops being able to shrug off earlier damage. Like their collagen is not doing what it should. And this is a change that typically becomes apparent around the time of menopause.
But anyway, where I am going with this is that I don't think horse piss pills do what a woman's body does naturally. Like they're taking fiber supplements, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, iron, and potassium and thinking that's the same as chowing down on a stalk of broccoli.
The secret ingredient in women's hormones is women's hormones.
I think it's down to the fact he sits in his cave like a goblin all day and doesn't wash
like I recently got a tattoo, and while it was healing I had to keep it covered in a layer of gunk (cocoa butter), keep it out of sunlight, not expose it to water or rough washing etc, and the skin went pretty shitty and gnarly
now imagine you're a troon with a shit diet, who never exercises, is constantly covered in a film of gunk from not washing, lives in a dark bedroom by monitor light and injects cross sex hormones for literally YEARS
