Last year we got to see some pretty shoddy examples of this including them crying they were scammed because they only got half the agreed price for clearing some woodland which they half arsed and completed to a poor degree. They also made a rock wall which was very poor according to a kiwi who knew about that sort of shit.

Unless there's some very specific local statute prohibiting flying over people's homes, you can fly their drones wherever they want in the proper airspace. You do not control the air space directly above your house. Considering the remoteness of the tranch, they definitely have class G airspace over their heads, the most permissible. No clearances needed or anything. If there are just drones flying over that aren't flying low and lingering there isn't a damn thing they can do, not even the FAA will give a shit if they aren't breaking any regulations. They don't have the time to deal with fag shenanigans. Even if they are getting close to the house and observing, it's going to be a pain to actually get anything done with how rural that property is. Besides, it's probably just land surveyors, not neo nazis planning a raid.
