Things can have multiple reasons for existence. Now I will ask again, What age do you purpose? Why do you want the AoC lowered? Besides “ummm puberty doesnt finish at 18”. I want to see if you have legitmate justification, because regarding right now all it seems is that you just want to fuck minors.

"Puberty starts for most girls between the ages 8 and 10. This means that puberty ends for girls between the ages 14 and 16. " Which is the same as AoC in most of Europe.

Most countries have stipulations too as in if the AoC is 16 and you are 16 you cannot interact with somebody past 20. Many countries employ some form of this rule.
