Often, getting an orchiectomy helps MTF transsexuals feminize more quickly, since the body is no longer producing testosterone in any meaningful capacity, allowing the artificial estrogen to work more effectively. Therefore, I posit that "riding a bike" is a metaphor for "getting dicked and/or figged in the ass, possibly by a bike-riding butch lesbian" because Phil thinks he will magically turn into a super sexy latinx womyn within days of having his balls removed. However, Phil is stupid and does not realize that he would have to be taking the estrogen pills he threw down the stormdrain for this to work, because men don't have ovaries and therefore he cannot produce estrogen on his own; thus, the only difference getting his balls removed would lead to is osteoporosis and increased weight gain.

Or, B) it's just more incomprehensible schizo-autism.

This is why one hopes that any competent doctor will drill him on the reasons he wants his balls cut off. When they do, his reasons will be insane and mentally on the level of a small child. So they'll realize he's mentally unfit.

Really, any doctor okaying this nut to mutilate himself should probably be kicked out of the profession.

Most surgeons that are renowned in the trans-community have a waiting list that's atleast a year long, if not more, I don't know if an orchie is similar, but I doubt it's something that can be scheduled within a week..

Does anyone know the approximate cost of surgical castration?

Why is Phil even making a public issue of this? Anyone who knows anything knows this is utter bullshit. Who is he trying to impress? Who cares?

He thinks if he screams loud enough for long enough it will convince people of his true and honest intentions.
What he doesn't seem to realise is that everyone else knows he's full of shit because if he was serious about any of it, he'd take his hormones and put work into finding somewhere to live, even if it's just for his recovery period.

Surely even he has occasional moments of clarity when he realizes that no doctor who has a license to practice and wants to keep it will remove his plums. The longer this drags on, the more I find it likely that he'll end up in a shitty motel somewhere with a "doctor," a fifth of vodka, rubber bands and garden shears.

No one cares, but because of Phil's big fat Autistic ego he thinks everyone cares. He's just making these updates for attention, and when he pitches a fit later on when he gets rejected for surgery that will be for attention as well. And when that happens no one will care then as well.
 
Getting hormones sounds super easy in America here you have to wait sometimes like three years and go through all these tests to make sure your for real. If I were phils doctor I would never prescribe them so someone so obviously mentally unbalanced and obviously not legitimately trans. Also why does he want to get rid of his balls but keep his dick??

The bike thing is a total lie since he could never ride one. The others are true but not in relation to him. This is for all purposes an elective surgery on a homeless vagabond who is mentally unsound and doesn't take his medicine.
