If Chibi ran the game and took it seriously, I have no doubt the members of that community would have accepted him. But a recurring pattern of behavior for him is that he tries to force people to be his friend / like him. He's consistently searching for that one golden moment where the stars align and people think he's cool and accept him with open arms. He doesn't seem to understand that his behavior has consequences and nobody really wants to deal with him and the baggage he comes with. Sure, he'll say he understands that but his actions say otherwise.
Fair. I think it was more about him trying to force himself in their friend groups. Like his behavior was essentially: "Oh, I run this game too! Look how cool I am you guys accept me!" and I've told him so many times do not do that. It's weird and creepy. Run the game, develop your following organically, and then people will start giving you the time of day.
