No. This is the Null lawsuit appeal. As far as we know, he hasn't served the AGT suit despite the fact the government would do it for him, but of course, Russ is smarter than people who've been to law school, so he's fucking that up in his own special way.

In no shape or form the same thing, insta, court and LinkedIn is about things he actually says and does. That's what many of us come here for, his content/milk, not some tard explaining why they think he can't hold a job, why he's dangerous, why his parents are good or bad or any arm chair subjective bullshit, more so when it's been rehashed over and over.
It ok to not post if you don't have something productive to say, many here need to lurk more.

Of course Russell is a threat. He files frivolous law suits and costs innocent people a great deal of stress and money. He makes women feel frightened with his creepy behaviour. He does serious harm to the reputation of particular women in sex work, who are a vulnerable group as a whole. He's a threatening person who has done a fair amount of real damage to real people.

As far as I know he's never been violent, but post CWC-sleeping-with-his-mom, "seems unlikely" is a lot less convincing than it used to be.

Personally, I don't think he'll withdraw the AGT lolsuit; his ego won't let him admit defeat (his refusal to accept defeat is how we met Keenan and Grimm.) I think one of four things will happen:

1. He serves AGT correctly and the case continues. This isn't likely to happen.
2. He serves AGT incorrectly. This is more likely. The court will probably give him the chance to refile, in which case we're back at square one, wondering what he'll do.
3. He fails to serve AGT on time and begs the court for more time. This is, in my opinion, the most likely result, particularly given his track record.
4. He fails to serve AGT at all and instead lets the case die quietly. This is almost certainly not happening; his ego simply will not accept defeat. Barring him growing a shred of self-awareness, the AGT lolsuit will continue in some way, shape, or form until the courts smack him down.

Serving a massive corp, especially if the court does all the work for you, isn't all that hard. I could see him succeed in that.

Edit: Furthermore Russ knows who Fremantle's registered agent is, and it is not hard to find if he magically forgot

No. They literally cannot raise new issues or facts on appeal.

You can appeal anything, including a dismissal with prejudice. Russ could appeal all the way to SCOTUS if he wants to.

I agree. For once, I want to see him serve them correctly, so we can watch Freemantle mash him into paste with the binding arbitration clause he agreed to when he submitted his video. Then watch him try to get arbitration clauses declared unconstitutional and enjoy the show.

I have an extremely low opinion of him, but surely even he can do it? Especially since he has shown to have found the registered agent of Fremantle. Then again, it is Russ...

Serving a registered agent is literally the easiest kind of service. CT Corp's entire job is to have some guy at a desk near the courthouse who receives lawsuits and forwards them to corporate legal.

The local US Marshall is likely there every day serving process.
