Not a chance. Germany was already in a hopeless position by the time America started to make moves towards joining. Entente war resources were increasing every single year, German resources were already stretched near breaking. They were starving, and they were losing. Even the final spastic pushes they made when they their only possible path to victory was to force a breakthrough were defeated by the allies without any significant American help.

WW2 is more mixed. If you believe lend-lease was the reason the USSR was able to defeat Germany, then USA was also the reason Germany lost WW2.

The USSR was able to defeat Germany because they ran out of oil. Germans thought the Soviet establishment would collapse into revolution after Barbarossa, and it didn't. The only way Germany was going to pull off a win once it became apparent the Soviet state wasn't as fragile as they hoped was if they seized the Caucasus, and they literally never had a chance of managing that. It was an impossible, ridiculous task and it's incredible that they ever got as far as they did, but they were guaranteed to lose from the start, and nothing could have changed it. "Lendlease won everything" is embarrassing American cope.
