Has never been in a hospital before, clearly has never had any major health issues or experiences with physical pain or helplessness or recovery, and everyone around him, including the surgeon, thought it would be a good idea to make his first major "healthcare experience" consist of having his penis split in half and shoved up into his pelvic cavity. The poor idiot clearly had no idea what was coming. Well, get used to "it hurts to pee," dude, that's probably the rest of your life now.

On a more general level, the intense emphasis on specific, nonjudgmental, very inclusive, hug-box language comes across as very female to me. If this was actually a forum populated by men, I'd expect a lot more content along the lines of 'It look like someone shoved an M-80 up your snatch. "I kept full tactile sensation and have skin hyperpigmentation and hypertrophy in places, I have assisted erections" sounds like it might be something kind of mild and cosmetic, rather than the raw truth of that being more like "I can feel pressure on my genitals, but not whether it's good or bad, I can't get hard without a pump or drugs, and my scar tissue is lumpy and purple."
I know surgeons are divided on whether you should talk up your results or not to the patient (Between "Do I tell them it will all be sunshine and lolipops to make them feel better, or do I tell them that it will be awful, so that they're mentally ready?") but seeing patients doing it to each other is weird.
