There's a small possibility that the waiter wanted to knock her down a peg for going out dressed like such a tramp. Very small since he was working, but still.
"I want my hair to grow faster so bad." Anisa truly never learns. She went through this exact same thing just a few years ago when she cut her hair into the dreaded coconut head bob. She tried to fake it for a little bit, but it wasn't too long until she was moaning and whining about how much she hated it, regretted it, and missed her long hair. Soon enough she got extensions, at least from what I can remember.
I don't know what she was thinking with the head shave. She has gone through all this regret before with just a haircut, and then chose a style that will take years until she can have long hair again.
