The funniest thing here, Tom, is even if you get a lawyer to listen to you, and you get this "evidence" before a judge, you're gonna have to convince him that people did in fact incite violence against you, and I don't believe you actually understand the meaning of the word "incite". Wishing violence on another human being is not a crime. Physically perpetuating it, planning it out, actively trying to make it happen, putting funds towards making it happen, those are crimes. You're literally gonna go before the guy with claims of assault, when there is none. Just a bunch of retards on a computer screen insulting an even bigger retard for a self-documented, sordid past that involves sexual deviancies placed on canines and children. And don't think they won't ask about that, because they will. Even if it's outside the statute of limitations, your credibility will go down the drain almost automatically.

So quite literally, this is a bigger waste of your inheritance than drugs.

Alright. So. I’m not a lawyer, but there are several issues I can point to right here.

1. There has been no incitement to violence. We have asked you several times to provide evidence of such, and not once have you succeeded. If we say “this man is a pedo” and people therefore commit violence against you, that’s not incitement.

2. It could be libel, but libel is a civil matter that cannot result in prison.

3. However, what you are claiming is not libel. You argument is that we are exaggerating incidents. You are mistaken. Everything we say about you that is not clearly said humorously is taken from your own words, as we have demonstrated time and time again. The “exaggeration” you describe is nothing more than a reasonable interpretation of events. You say that you aren’t a pedo, we say that the things you have admitted to demonstrate that you are.

4. Even if they were libellous, Kiwi Farms is not liable for the things its members post.

By all means spend $20,000 on a lawyer to sue the Farms. Many people have tried, with far better cases than you. And it’ll be hilarious for us when you wind up poor again because you went to some crooked lawyer who strung you along and told you you could win.

If you hate this place so much, just fucking stop coming here. If you don’t like people making fun of you, stop posting dumb shit. I say all this secure in the knowledge that you won’t do either of those things.
