Literally just 6 months ago they were telling us vaccines prevent disease.

Now they just prevent severe illness? Anecdotally i have had covid 3 times now and its only gotten milder. The first was bad...not gonna lie..but the last bout barely was a cold. I am evidence your immune system remembers this shit.

Why do i get the feeling Pfizer money is sponsering this fear and that money has founds its way back into government hands to perpetuate a never ending cycle of fear, boosters and profit.

Arguably, even when we talk about abstract ideas we reveal some details about ourselves. I sometimes wonder how much about me can be known, what kind of profile can be constructed just from my KF posts?

BTW, I just saw this paper: sauce It estimates that vaccines deaths are about 400K, 20x underreported by VAERS, that's pretty scary.

Not to power level too much but I work with the military as a civilian. AFAIK the process for the soldiers, atleast in the Army, is the same as for us. You pretty much just sign a form attesting that you are vaccinated or unvaccinated, and whether an exemption is pending or has been granted for you if unvaccinated. As far as proof is concerned all the senior people I know want as little to do with it as possible and basically just need you to send them an image over email of your vax card so they can hide it in a file that no one can look at and will likely be burned in a year or so. Point being, unless you have some supervisor or leader who's freaked out about this it's likely you can lie pretty easily with a fake vax card as long as it's not a blatant forgery.

You guys ARE seriously stroking to the idea that the majority of your big brave military men would refuse to be vaccinated or would fake credentials on some sort of honor system rather than be herded into lines for hours on end to be vaccinated en mass like the obedient 18-25 year old normal dudes that they are.

Remember the lawsuit that a group of United Airlines employees filed against the company to try to stop their private mandate back in August? There was finally some movement on it again, and it wasn't great. The court declined to grant an injunction... (Archive) (Citation is Sambrano v. United Airlines Inc.)

United Airlines can continue enforcing a vaccine mandate that requires all of its employees to be vaccinated—or else be put on unpaid leave—even if they have religious objections, a split appeals court panel has ruled.

On Dec. 13, a panel of three judges on the Fifth Circuit court of appeal ruled 2-1 not to block United’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate as the plaintiffs’ lawsuit against their employer continues through the courts.

... But it did give a consolation prize. They're going to fast-track the employees' appeal. So we should be seeing another, hopefully more positive, update soon.

Despite striking down the injunction, the judges agreed to expedite the plaintiffs’ appeal with U.S. Circuit Judge James Ho writing in his dissent that the vaccine mandate presented a “crisis of conscience” for many people of faith.

“Take this case: The person who acquiesces to United’s mandate despite his faith doesn’t lose any pay. Otherwise, more courts are piling on to kick Biden while he's down. The federal contractor mandate just got its third injunction granted against it. (Archive) (Case citation is Louisiana v. Biden)

President Joe Biden’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors should be paused for state employers in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Indiana that have agreements with the federal government, a U.S. judge in Louisiana ruled Thursday, adding to a string of court losses for the administration.

This injunction isn't as broad as the others, but it's still another L for the administration piling up, and something that other courts will assuredly be noting as the system slowly creeps its way towards some kind of consensus. A reminder of why the contractor mandate is a big deal -- it covers more people in the US workforce than you might think.

The federal contractor mandate—which won’t be enforced while litigation proceeds—would apply to roughly a quarter of the U.S. workforce, and affect businesses including Lockheed Martin Corp., Microsoft Corp., Alphabet Inc.‘s Google, and General Motors Co.

This opinion follows the usual pattern where the judge declines to actually address the effectiveness of the vaccines involved in these mandates, sticking to addressing purely legal matters.
