Has anyone figured out any of the new Niji guys past lives? Mysta Rias sounds like he could be Kaizoku Kaito. I'm interested to see how their debuts go, Niji EN has been pretty good with their selection of talents so far.

His unedited VOD channel only has 21k subscribers though. I think their audiences just consume content differently, it's not really possible to make any kind of meaningful comparison using public info - probably fair to say that most vtubers will have lower than average video views, but higher than average live viewer counts (and vice versa for traditional YT style content creators).

Sounds like Kaito alright, and someone mentioned Shu possibly matching with Tora. That'd leave three more to go, and those were both of the suspects from within the last month.

Iroha's most recent Duolingo stream was great. She did well, except for some reason her brain fried nearly every time she was asked to translate from English to Japanese, causing her to wail about how hard Japanese is.

Later on she said (she thinks) all of JP6 can speak a little English. Koyori doesn't think so about herself and Laplus seems less open about it than the remaining three, but that does fit with what we've seen.

Regarding NijiMEN - their names are all rather on the nose compared to everyone else. I also expected Vox's voice (ha) to go with a design like Oga's.
For anyone who has a burning desire to hear Reine speak in a Russian accent:
She spent some time explaining how the culprit could have removed the evidence and gotten away with it lol

Mildly interested in what an english corpo vtuber group can pull off. The voice lines from the introduction videos of Nijisanji were always cringe so one should wait and watch the debuts. They still sound like typical anime dubs which was never my cup of tea.
Also wanted to share this Kronii animation, it's so fucking smooooth (and bouncy)

Also made me realize that Nijisanji writes the names of their en talents in western order (first name, last name), while Hololive usually does the opposite (Calli and Amelia seem to prefer theirs in western order, though)

Moona and Anya are the only 2 with official western name order, which is odd since they are ID. However Moona is the only one that's default expression isn't smiling.

And like others have said it doesn’t make sense from a financial standpoint. I don’t see what he would gain from joining niji. It’s a bit of a risk, we don’t really know how the EN community will take to male vtubers. I’ve been wrong before though.

Connor's main youtube channel would make him enough money. I think he streams just because it isn't like he has anything else to do and ego. I enjoy people calling out his shit takes, so I don't mind watching him.
