So far, it seems like the Bloshinskys hired her to be Jeannette’s muscle and her mouthpiece for media appearances. I’m not sure if she’s counseling Jaron or not, but media/social media/ public relations for the LGBTQIA+ appears to be her main role. I wonder if she’s getting paid a large consulting fee and, moreso, who’s footing the bill.

Ari was always second to her "sister" and was told from a young age that if Jazz didn't feel loved or got what he wanted, he would kill himself. Jazz was the favorite that came first.
