The ironclad reality is that mail-in ballots opens the door to heavy ballot harvesting by primarily-Democrat NGOs.

In 2020, the Dems called in a lot of "favors" to get things rolling in motion. Even if this ruling, the Dems still don't have the political capital to do anything significant.
Yeah, they might shore up New York State or some other heavily blue stronghold with the true believers, but will how much affect will this have on the purple, light-red, or even light-blue states?
