Not really sure where you got that from since he's tried to date (read: harass) a single mom before:

Because that was literally a one off and was one of his shorter arcs. People have one-offs all the time. My assessment, based on his long storied history, stands.
Not quite a one-off. I know of at least one other. And when it comes to Greer, if it has happened twice, it has happened more than twice.

He pursued Mack Mcgrath for at least a year. Mack, who questioned why he wanted to send her money. He continued to contact her after that, and after she posted pics of her kids. The photo in the black dress is from this year.

Also Tasha (not single, but an honorable mention) - a mom AND married AND Mormon AND a cheerleader. He only posted on her page once that I know of, but he couldn't have missed all the pics of her husband and daughter. This one stood out to me because it wasn't the usual case of him following a target for a while and then posting something resentful or insulting upon realizing she isn't single. He knew she is married. One wonders why he bothered.

He's about to find out that the law was written to favor big corporations, and at that level, no cares or has to care that he's disabled.
If you actually are disabled, though, and have an actual claim, just filing an EEOC or ADA claim can often get you a chunk of change. There seem to be two policies corporations take towards these. One is settle them for nuisance value while continuing to do whatever got the complaint against them, and the other is just bitterly fight tooth and nail every single claim to discourage potential plaintiffs.

The good thing about legitimate EEOC and ADA claims is the government itself prosecutes them. If they refuse, you get a "right-to-sue" letter and can then do it yourself with a tacit stamp of approval from the agency. This is not as nice as it sounds because the procedure that requires you "exhaust administrative remedies" can literally take years.

It would still have been a better choice for Russhole. They would have sent a "go fuck yourself" letter to him in probably less than two years.

Well, they're not letting him on the show, it would destroy their reputation to let a talentless hack on, and plus as people have said, they'd get yelled at for letting a mentally impaired person on to make a fool of themselves. Maybe they'll throw some money at him to compensate him for the costs of auditioning, but I think in this case they'd be better off holding firm, otherwise every idiot who doesn't make it on the show could sue and get paid. That would add up.

Imagine. You're a 10 year old kid. Your mom's about to introduce you to your new stepdad. The door opens and on the other side is this:

How fast do you run?
Well, at least his goddamn hair looked better back then.

Even with a massive case of bed-head like here it completely outclasses the current "enough oil to fry a dozen eggs with" greasy and soggy pompadour he's wearing now.

He really does think that every social media app out there is a dating app.

I mean, what's he supposed to do? Look at a beautiful woman and NOT try to fuck her? Unpossible.

He usually acts like a woman who's married/in a relationship is off-limits and he gets huffy, but this is the first time I've seen him try to be civil to someone who in his mind clearly isn't looking for a guy and under his normal philosophy is useless to him.

His actual court filing creeps on one of their celebrity Judges. If their Attorney Googles his name it's gonna pull up the Taylor Swift lawsuits, the Ariana Grande suit, all the other assorted creepiness. Their first filing will include a request for a Restraining Order keeping him away from their female employees and contestants.

I'm sure their search will turn up the fact he's on probation for misdemeanor electronic harassment. That alone would be grounds to ban him from the show. They let him on, he starts harassing all the female contestants, and they're facing a lawsuit for not doing due diligence.

The thing is that Russ will likely reject any settlement offer that isn't going to let him on the show or pay him $10 million. He'll then get sent to arbitration and get nothing.
That's what's kinda neat about Russ. He's not just grifting. He's not doing this for a quick settlement and some cash in hand.

No, he's a true believer in his own greatness. He'll settle for nothing less than the world recognizing that.

A question for everyone: Do you think Greer knows that Heidi got married since the last time he auditioned for AGT? She has a daughter who will be 18 pretty soon. Heidi could still pull some strings as his mother-in-law!

A question for the legal Kiwis:
Is the court obligated to wait until Fremantle responds before taking action on Greer's emergency motion for preliminary injunction? Would they also have to wait for Greer's opposition to Fremantle's response, and Fremantle's response to Greer's opposition? (I don't know if that's how this usually goes. I'm basing this on the back and forth with Skordas' motion to dismiss on the Kiwi Farms suit.)

I'm asking because if I do a little back of the envelope math, this is cutting it pretty close.

According to Sofia Vergara's instagram, AGT taping last year began on 3/28. If we assume the schedule is the same this year, I think we can also assume that the cast must be finalized by early March.

Looking at this from Greer's perspective, he expects everything will go his way and the court will an issue an order forcing Fremantle to put him on the show. But if Fremantle waits until early January to file their motion to dismiss, that's a little over two months for Greer to oppose, Fremantle to respond again, and then the court to respond and issue the emergency order. And that will leave Greer precious little time to assemble the Accommodations*, rehearse them to his exacting standards, and prepare a performance worthy of his national debut on network tv. He must be quite anxious about it, fearing the court will issue the order two days before taping, leaving him no time to prepare. I would not be surprised to see him cook up some other kind of motion to try to get the court to hurry up. They don't seem to understand he's on a deadline!

* I have my doubts about whether Russell actually had a conversation with The Accommodations where they said "Yes, if you get a court order, we will agree to rehearse with you for free, perform with you for free, cancel any paid gigs that conflict with the AGT schedule, sign Fremantle's restrictive contract prohibiting us from telling anyone we're going on AGT, and stand way behind you onstage, dressed in black from head-to-toe, where we will not be introduced or acknowledged, and likely get zero camera time before we are buzzed off, all so YOU can win the money and a Vegas show. And all so everyone at AGT that we could possibly network with, knows we are with the guy who got on the show by suing the production company." After all, you can't buy that kind of exposure, right?

Are his teeth starting to rot (upper right side), or is that just the picture? Been a while since I've kept up with Russell.
I think that's just dark untrimmed mustache clumped together. If you look at the hair immediately above the lip, it appears also to be a darker shade than the rest of his mustache.

The thing is that Russ will likely reject any settlement offer that isn't going to let him on the show or pay him $10 million. He'll then get sent to arbitration and get nothing.
The ONLY Settlement they are going to offer this lunatic will be to offer to pay his portion of the Arbitration fees provided he signs an agreement to never darken their doorstep again.

The fellow from Our Nevada Judges is filming those himself. Is anyone a member of his channel and could tip him off about our dear Russell? It would be a big draw for him; He is clearly making most of his views off of the weirdos.
That's if any of this actually makes it to a court room.

Is the court obligated to wait until Fremantle responds before taking action on Greer's emergency motion for preliminary injunction?
No, the court can without any response dismiss Russhole's entire case. The in forma pauperis statute allows this for patently frivolous lawsuits by people claiming that status. 28 U.S.C. § 1915 governs this process.
