Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

To be fair not the entirety of Canada. This land may be in perpetual need of raking, but Alberta, Saskatchewan, and (to some degree) Manitoba have some semblance of intelligence in a sea of absolute retardation. It's just like the States in terms of cultural split, but without the solace of state-level government and a judiciary capable of telling the federal bureaucracy to go to hell at a whim. Constitutional monarchy is a hell of a drug.

It does not, and many are giving in to doomerism without really considering the actual picture at all. The 'deal' basically says the post office will continue to be corrupt, while 'expecting' to be called to service again. Notably, nobody involved in this actually controls whether that does occur or not. It's basically one part of the machine going "yes, we are ready to be part of the machine" and everyone screaming about how it means the whole machine is working.

My guess is that everyone who were treading water economically prior to 2020 either got lifted up because of the unemployment gibs or were forced under despite the gibs.

The people forced under realized that it wasn't as terrible as they expected. Yes, they lost their job, house, whatever their fear was, but they survived. They found a way to make things work. They walked away from the corporations and are trying to find a better way.

So Dems forced this COVID nonsense and wound up taking a katana to the wage slave class they actually needed as a foundation of the economy.

There is also the theory that companies aren't actually hiring despite the need for help.

There is some delicious stuff in those comments, ranging from " if Biden loses 1% of support we would've lost, and he is losing over 10% now, we are so fucked", to screeching about never voting Republican from some glutton for punishment retard in NYC, to screeching about Bernie would've won, to blaming Trump for inflation fucking NOW, to endless begging to cancel student loan debt. Literally one of the posts is so hypothetically delusional its saying for Manchin and Sinema to pass BBB in 2 weeks or he gets rid of student loans via executive order, like its some threat to them for him to do that, or if its even possible to begin with.

These people are synonomous with that ultimatum given by that wise philosopher who saldy died not too long ago.

Somehow I doubt this would actually change voter turnout. There's a seething contempt with Biden now, but nowhere near the fury that Trump has received.

In a way, it's well deserved.

It really doesn't have to.

A rightward shift of independents by 10 points, which is very doable like in VA 2021, would alone easily deliver WI, AZ, and PA to Trump. And that's not including seething young people crying about nothing changing and staying home or defecting to 3rd party in protest.
