Plagued Consoomers / Consoomer Culture - Because if it has a recogniseable brand on it, I’d buy it!

The answers to the following questions should be yes-

Do you purchase toys responsibly and in moderation, only getting ones you genuinely like and can easily afford?
Do you have space to store them without it becoming cluttered? Can you easily keep them clean and organised?
Do you think of them as possessions you like to have, but nothing more than that?
Since you're an actual autist, do you play with all of them?

The answers to the following questions should be no-

Do you buy doubles or or toys you don't want just to complete collections? Do you spend money on them that you don't have or need for essentials?
Do you make collecting them a part of your identity? Do they feel like an extension of yourself?
Do you buy new ones only to immediately forget about them and start looking for the next one? Do you obsess over them and feel a sense of urgency about acquiring more?
That would still be what some here would call a manchild.

I'd say that's fine.
A bit much but I wouldn't say its a shrine or anything.
But according to @NoReturn that would be a consoomer/lolcow/manchild

Oh, so i should just become like chris chan and reply "I just live my life"?

That attitude enables lolcows.

If you give advice on what is a manchild shrine and what isn't, maybe we would have less autistic spergs
Given you are still shitting up the thread with your autistic worrying after like 3 days, I don't think any amount of advice would keep you from possible lolcowdom.

Having an entire room of one product?
Yes, that's a problem.

Keeping your cars toys, putting some of them up for display, putting some of them away in the attic or elsewhere.
That's fine.

If its clean, isn't all over the place and doesn't dominate the room with how much of the brand there is, its fine.

This is acceptable IMO.
Its on one bit of the room.
If its everywhere in the room, its nearing consoom tier.

Thank you, that's all I wanted to know.
I need an image to tell me what is good and what isn't.
I'll be getting rid of my stuff and keep the ones I want.
Buying less manchild toys won't make you less of an autistic sperg. Have sex.
I don't buy them, I've just kept the stuff I got years ago. It's just how much do I have to get rid of that I'm not sure about.
What is the problem with me then. What do I need to stop doing.

Then why were you shitting up the thread for if you weren't even practising consoomerism in the first place?!

And as for advice, just get rid of everything. It's only Disney plastic crap of a meme film, no one's going to miss it. Donate it to charity shops so kids can play with them cuz a grown man doesn't need old toys anymore.
Hell, even give them to impoverished families for Christmas!

Then why were you shitting up the thread for if you weren't even practising consoomerism in the first place?!
Because I see people looking at rooms with star wars toys in them for display and calling them consoomers and man children in this thread.
I wanted to ask WHY these people are manchildren and how are they consoomers. Is it because they still own star wars toys?
Is it because they act like children?
It’s a man-child shrine. If any part of your house looks like that then your parents failed.
By this guys logic, all of your parents failed because you still own toys and stuff.
If its clean, isn't all over the place and doesn't dominate the room with how much of the brand there is, its fine.

Whats the difference between the Star wars shrine and this?
It still has a number of toys?
More than one die cast per 2 levels of bookshelf.
That breaks @NoReturn rule.
So WHY is that fine.

$6k is way too much for a stereo setup.
Agreed. I got a pair of second-hand JBL studio monitors for about 200 bucks and they're perfectly suitable for the audio production I do.

Once you've paid a fair price for a quality product that will last, the diminishing returns of audio equipment falls off incredibly quickly. Something like speakers simply aren't that complex from an engineering, manufacturing, or material perspective.
