So Phil rushed to beat Forza 5 because it had overstayed its welcome.
Then Phil rushed to finish Halo Infinite because the campaign had become unfun and unfair.
Now Phil wants to rush to beat Vice City because GTA is taking too long.
This is even more evidence that Phil hates video games. Who else bum rushes the ends of multiple games in the same weekend? I’m not a 100% complete guy but I’d try to get the most satisfaction out of the game.
These games are all just chores for Phil. He really needs to stop playing games and just do political podcasts.

And yet he is just content to play Lost Judgement at a pace that makes a frozen sloth look like Speedy Gonzales being fast forwarded.

I'd argue that he needs the games as a coping mechanism. If he were to remove them entirely, he'd lose his main excuse for why a stream "fails". Also it's obvious that he doesn't ever want to admit the reason people watch him (that he's as big a wheelchair as his audience and has the temperament of an infant) and knows that he can't market himself, thus relying on games to be the selling point. As much as he hates them, he relies on them to keep himself from admitting the reason why he's the fuck up he is now.

Phil is extremely paranoid. I wouldn't be surprised if he's of the mindset that if you turn your PC or console off, it might not start again. Therefore, keep it running forever. If it's not broke, don't fix it, don't do anything at all.

There also used to be a myth for us Gen X/Early Millennials that shutting down and rebooting your PC made things worse, which was bullshit, but I could see why people thought that with how unstable older Windows versions were and how mechanical drives work. And that it cost electricity, bullshit with Phil's scenario.
