Kiwi Farms and SEPA

Austria is an anti-freedom of speech country.

Platforms have to delete "hatespeech", or face fines.
There are even support mechanism for plaintiffs who complain about insults, yes that is actionable here, revenge porn, cyber bullying etc, so that they don't have to pay a dime to complain.

Run far away from Austria Jersh.

Delphi v. Estonia
Very aware of this case. I was leaning in to Estonia and reading their case law before finding it and abandoning all hope.

well, finland is likely out of question, but will do some more research tonight.
Remember, I'm interested in bank accounts, not necessarily hosting. Finland apparently has laws saying that Banks are not allowed to decide who gets to be their customer, that is in my favor.

I was going to suggest Hungary but-
There are a number of laws that can potentially be misused to penalize legitimate online activities. The Hungarian criminal code bans defamation, slander, humiliation of national symbols (the national anthem, flag, and coat of arms), dissemination of totalitarian symbols (the swastika and the red star), denial of the sins of National Socialism and communism, and public scaremongering through the media.
So maybe not.

In Germany you have the basic right to a bank account, but I'm not sure if you are eligible for this, except if you're living in the country.
I'll gladly research for you, but I think Germany won't be a good choice seeing the political climate and especially taxes on everything as well as the criminal code here and the clustefuck of Roman and German law combined.

ALL EU countries are cucked and have stupid shit like this. That's not the question. The question is, is the platform liable for it and would they close a SEPA account because of shit hosted in the US?

Don't bother. Germany is not happening. I don't care what the law says.

I don't know anything about Slovakia.
Looked into the case law in Slovakia and it's basically a guy suing for being whitepaged and the website immediately being told to remove all offending material and the website saying "We can't actually comply because you haven't told us what the problem is or what to remove" and the court saying "lol idc fuck you, delete it". I'd maybe cross them off the list.

@Null have you thought about one of the smaller banking countries like Monaco or Lichtenstein they have strong banking laws and only really get involved if it can be proved the money is for use in Criminal or Terrorist enterprises and also have fairly solid privacy laws.
Those are for when you're a stuffed-suit normie afraid the government will see how much money you're moving around, not when you're afraid the government will seize your account for saying no-no words on a retard site.

If you want to avoid dealing with complicated serious legal matters in any other language than English, than maybe the UK, Ireland and Malta are your only options. The advantages of the former two are that they share Common Law with the US, but they both have powerful defamation laws that exceptionally favour the claimant. Malta has Civil Law but it's a bit out of the establishment fold, having its own issues with government corruption (and they appear to be Europe's biggest "online hate speech" users). Unfortunately I know nothing about Malta beyond what I can read about it in the news, but definitely avoid the UK & Ireland.

I would need an in. These are banking solutions for millionaires selling Chinese children to Epstein Island, not for nigger word sayers on the Internet.

Croatia is most likely a no-go. Internet hate speech laws were introduced earlier this year and they've been put to use for 'hate speech against politicians'. Most banks are in international banking groups and have a part about the bank being able to terminate the account at any time for breaking XY laws, though I've never heard about anyone getting blacklisted by banks and there are quite a few very controversial public figures sharing what could be considered 'hate speech'

unironically Italy is looking good. Is it time to embrace my non-white heritage?

Case Summary and Outcome

The Italian Supreme Court overturned a Court of Appeal decision and held that the editor of an online blog can be held criminally responsible for the publication of a defamatory article on his online platform. ... The Court held that the guarantees and obligations applicable to the press should apply only to editorial content and not to general comments posted by users because editors of online blogs cannot be held liable for third-party conduct.

Case Summary and Outcome

The Court of Rome dismissed Facebook’s appeal against a preliminary injunction ordering the social network to reactivate the account and restore the pages of the Italian neo-fascist party CasaPound.

Case Summary and Outcome

The Italian Supreme Court, relying on the preliminary ruling of the European Court of Justice (hereinafter, “ECJ”), held that as Italian law provides no right to be forgotten relating to information published in companies’ register neither the authority responsible for maintaining the register nor the courts could erase, block or anonymize personal data in the register.

WHAT???

Check out Previti vs Wikimedia Foundation too, if you can find it.

Luxembourg apparently has no hate speech laws and is annoying the EU for not copypastaing their returded hate laws into their own law book, so that might be something to look into. I mean, don't get your hopes up or anything. They are also so tiny, good luck finding someone who speaks Luxembourgish.
Shit I copied from some free speech website:

Luxembourg is currently ranked 19 out of the 180 countries included in the World Press Freedom Index of 2015. This index ranks levels of speech and press based on a “range of criteria that include media pluralism and independence, respect for the safety and freedom of journalists, and the legislative, institutional and infrastructural environment in which the media operate.” Since 2014, Luxembourg has experienced a somewhat dramatic fall in ranking as it went from 4 to 19, within a one-year span. Possible reasons for the 15-spot decline may include its bank secrecy rules and the country’s decreasing protection of hate speech, specifically, hate speech geared toward religion, race, and sexual orientation. While hate speech has increasingly become unprotected, citizens enjoy surplus privileges to constitutional freedoms of expression, beliefs, assembly, as well as privacy.
