Captain & Chicken both talk to all their donators on the phone off camera, it's the only way they're able to keep consistent donations. Captain has talked about this multiple times on stream that if you donate to him consistently he will call you to "catch up" like he's your friend. Chicken does this as well but doesn't advertise it

I don't know the longevity of a streamer's career? How long can you cater to your regulars while still attracting new viewers?
