Kiwi Farms and SEPA

Someone probably mentioned this. I'm probably gonna get bitched at for possibly suggesting a fucking meme.

Swiss laws are incredibly strict in terms of private information concerning a bank member's account. Unless there's a severe (i.e. not mean words on the internet) criminal intent, the swiss banks are legally supposed to never disclose any information about an account holder unless given permission by said holder.

The problem is it's a bitch to GET an account.

goes without saying, do not come here. in the UK theyre unlikely to close your account but considering you're sort of high profile online i could genuinely see a group of people rallying outside of your house. unfortunately the wogs and their lapdogs protest and riot over any small thing. i think you should definitely look into switzerland due to the nature of that country.

oh and if u moved to the UK i would certainly bum you and you wouldnt be able to run from me

what the fuck is a sepa
The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) is a payment-integration initiative of the European Union for simplification of bank transfers denominated in euro. As of 2020, there were 36 members in SEPA,[2] consisting of the 27 member states of the European Union, the four member states of the European Free Trade Association (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland), and the United Kingdom.[3][4][2] Some countries participate in the technical schemes: Andorra,[5] Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City.[3]

Sounds like commie nonsense to me tbh imagine needing a diplomatic treaty to efficiently trade the same currency with each other. EU beauracracy at its finest

Imagine not having a system like that.

Imagine subscribing to a FedNow newsletter because cc-companies have you by the balls.

Even Swiss citizens living abroad had to empty their Swiss accounts about 10 years ago. You need to live in Switzerland or be obscenely wealthy to acquire a Swiss bank account now.

Hungary could be a viable option. Globohomo will not come after you, LGBT+, Muslims and such are ideologically antagonized on a daily basis, and the EU never does anything about it besides sperging in the news. The current ruling party, FIDESZ, literally has the gig of scaring people with migrants, and the populace, generally, either does not care about Western ideological detritus or holds it in ridicule. The relatively few ultraliberals are almost all from the 16-30 age bracket, and the local (horribly corrupt and broken) justice system does not fight for liberal causes like Western ones do.

The thing you have to understand about Hungary is that, yes, it is a corrupt backwater, but it is deliberately so, for the purpose of giving the EU space to cash in from less ethical economical manouvers while having the apathetic, corrupt population as both willing and silent accomplices in exchange for EU premiums, and having the political and ideological tomfoolery here as an elaborate cover to distract any prying eyes away from the abovementioned shady business.

You might get a few, nominal warnings about KF and whatever goes on here, but they will all be empty threats as long as the Hungarian regime does not feel threatened by you. And I highly doubt it would happen. Nobody would give a damn about whatever is said and done here.

Just make sure to choose a Hungarian bank like OTP Bank or MKB Bank.

What are those shady business you're talking about?

I speak six languages and have a STEM doctorate, two bachelors degrees and three published books and white people still make a point of calling me 'articulate'.

Bitch I could be a welfare crackhead with a fat wife and a prison GED and you know I'd still be a bored genius.
Could be both

For example, importing workers from Ukraine, Mongolia and other such places, keeping them in cramped conditions, maybe even taking away a bit of their salary. They will either be too desperate or uneducated to argue with or fight this. Meanwhile, the products they work in are still sold as Made in EU stuff that was worked on in the EU, with the value of EU products.

What is it with Americans and thinking that there's absolutely no semblance of free speech anywhere in Europe.
I know it differs from country to country, but believing that calling Muhammad a pedophile will get you thrown behind bars across the fucking EU is very exceptional.
The same applies to gun ownership, where most Americans are certain that a civilian can't own a gun at all in Europe.

And lastly, of course there's the belief that Europe is doomed and overrun with shitskins and that Whites are a minority, all while you could pick ANY European country and look at the population data and they'd be a lot better off than in the US, where Whites are approaching 50% of the population and niggers and spics are gladly invited in by the thousands every day, something that was even endorsed by "MUH NEW HITLER" Donald Trump, as well as every cuckservative White American who believes that as long as they're fellow conservatives and willing to be proper law-abiding Americans, they're no different than themselves.
Even the more extreme cases like Sweden have a higher percentage of White people than the US.

It's not that Null can't find any one place that won't leave him alone for any one opinion. The problem is that Null wants to allow *all* opinions on the site. He could have payment processing which is perfectly fine with people posting Nazi bullshit but then freaks out when a Commie posts about how the Katyn Massacre didn't happen. Or a Gay Kiwi talks about how great buttsex is and that falls afoul of "promoting homosexuality", etc.

When you want to allow *actual* freedom of speech, you will find very few friends in the world. Having the fortitude to accept extreme differences in opinion goes against the tribalism of human nature. The US is in no way perfect in this regard, but it still has some of the strongest freedom of expression protections on the planet.

If you only want to receive money from citizens of the EU, you do not need to get a bank account in a SEPA country, there a several services that offer transfers between EUR and USD for low or no fees: Paypal, Wise, Revolut.

Keep also in mind that the commission wants to pass the Digital Services Act in 2022. After that, every member state will modify their laws to follow these rules.

I would look into non-member states like Iceland or Liechtenstein (no clue on their existing laws regarding hosting accountability) if you definitely want a SEPA account.

They are correct, but within EU territories once you have an EU passport you have most and in some cases all of the rights of a native citizen depending on the state in question.

Some of these countries, most infamously Malta and Cyprus, will actually directly sell or trade citizenship and not for Gates tier prices.

As an aside, and I don't profess to be an expert on internet law, money or Null's circumstances but Monaco generally has an attitude of "As long is it makes me money idgaf fam lamo" and is also a SEPA country. The only "restriction" regarding liability taken seriously I'm aware of is inter alia, also known as les Majeste; criticism of the Grimaldi family is absolutley forbidden and they take it REALLY FUCKING SERIOUSLY to the extent they make Greatest Eater of North Korea look receptive of criticism. If we had a thread on Prince Albert the monegasque authorities would lose their shit and likely consider everyone who has posted in, hosted or viewed the thread and not reported it or commented with a complaint to be "guilty" (Which might not matter to an American but to those living in a Schengen area would matter).

Ireland is also gaining a reputation in the EU for being overly tolerant of "hate speech" and being a tax haven, and unlike Monaco isn't stupidly expensive.

I suppose it would be a small price to pay if the big restriction of freedom of speech on the Farms was "You're not allowed to say anything bad about Monaco or its royal family."
