My mom once claimed that puberty blockers are totally safe and reversible, she didn't believe me when I told her that puberty blockers are evil. A few months later, she mentioned that a couple years before she'd been given Lupron for menopause reasons and it was one of the worst experiences of her life, it was so bad that she never took her next dose and changed doctors because it felt like such a violation that they'd give her such a horrible drug and she talked about how horrifying it was that some people were giving it to autistic children.

She had no idea that Lupron/leuprolide was the most popular puberty blocker. I told her this and she was a lot less defensive of transing teenagers than she'd been before, I'm hoping that she's been peaked. I know that my dad has.

But it just goes to show just how effective the propaganda effort to sanitize child-transing has been. If she hadn't had personal experience with these horror drugs then she'd probably still be unreachable.

A friend that I had years ago has an adoptive brother whose brother transitioned. I've met their mom and she always necklaces with their names on them, deadname included. The change can be quite jarring, especially to family members who've known them for almost their entire life.

Her beauty caught the sea god Poseidon's eye and one day when she was walking on the beach he overpowered her and raped her. The raped was so traumatic to Caeneus that after Poseidon was done she demanded that he use his powers as a god to turn her into a man so she would never have something as traumatic happen to her again. He granted her wish. I get the feeling that this woman did it for the same reason as Caeneus. She didn't want to suffer as the woman who was raped did so she destroyed her body to become something who nobody will want to harm. In her fuck up mind it is a man.
