And there’s a mention of a YouTube channel called defunctland, which is about theme parks. Interesting. And that being an “operator” must be a noisy environment. So, theme park ride operator?
The nearest one is called Elitch Gardens and it’s actually a water park, but they are hiring and are apparently quite a big employer.

Which of Alyssa's alts would be more dangerous as a ride operator: blind Alice, robot baby or the bird? Defunctland recently did an excellent video on Disney Fastpass which delved a bit into operations engineering but I can't image Kindness gives a fuck about such things beyond "rides are fun!". Should she somehow manage to get an actual job at a real theme park like Elitch, I'll look forward to the eventual video by El Toro Ryan or Fascinating Horror on the resulting disaster.

Just don't let her work in the lemonade stand

I doubt she could be a ride operator. I worked at an amusement park a long time ago, and even then you could only be a ride operator if you had enough arm strength to help pull the fatties up out of their seats. There was a machine that tested your arm strength. I can't see Alyssa being able to do that.

Plus, wouldn't having a ride operator who has a seizure disorder be a liability? Or DID? What if robot baby forgot to fasten the seat belt and Ezra tagged in and gave the go ahead signal anyway? Besides, her broken foot hasn't even had time to heal yet.

I think that’s very good detective work and definitely what it sounds like. How will she operate rides with her constant seizures? Others have already mentioned the issue of her “blind alter.” It’s almost like it’s all made up and she can stop doing it when it’s time to be an adult. No sign of Fat Paul getting a job, to the surprise of no one.

There are actually 3 big parks in the Denver area. Waterworld up north is a full Waterpark and big as fuck If I'm remembering. Elitches (6 Flags Elitch Gardens) is only half waterpark, most of it is a traditional amusement park. They have a rip off Ghostbusters ride. And Lakeside is a weird local amusement park that's been falling apart for the last 20 years. If Kindness is actually going carnie then my bet is on Lakeside. It's the right amount of hyperlocal (elitches is more outwardly corporate) and a shitshow.

My read of those replies was just that she was watching YouTube but I may have missed something. when do we think she's gonna go public again?

Strangely, Alyssa is easily defeated by people with a working long term memory. The internet is great for her since it means she can use a lot of obfuscating language and social politeness to get her way, leading to few people aside from long term mutual and followers who don't connect the dots or play along to interact with her. She can even block any asshole who she doesn't like. Basically, she controls how she's seen and the internet's memory of her.

As soon as anything is written down about her from outside forces she can't control, she crumbles: the internet now has a working long term memory she cannot argue with or delete.

This is probably true for most cows, but for Alyssa it is extra fatal since she has a hard time keeping up with her past self and doesn't remember all her fleeting flights of passion and white lies. She has been so used to a space she can be ignored in by most but still asspatted in that she kept posting pictures of literally ALL of her job adventures, and didn't realize anyone could connect the dots until Bonnie and her had their Thanksgiving event. Now she's just... spiraling, I guess.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, I agree with you: it's been there since 1903 so I bet it's also got a vibe to it that this weirdo is going to work into claims of manifestations of her alters or ghosts when it's just creepy old buildings with a lot of history.
