Summary of the swatting (I don’t have TikTok anymore so I don’t have the original video, but if there’s a way to download TikToks without the app lmk):
Savannah was visited by the police. Someone sent a letter to all of the Biloxi city council members threatening to shoot them, and made references to being mentally unstable and having guns. She shared some video from her door camera. The police came to her house, but from the looks of it, they just sort of talked to her about the threats that were made while she held her kid. Then she talked about how she’s alerted all the authorities (state, local, federal) about the swat attempts.
As far as swat attempts go, it seems fairly tame? It doesn’t seem like they broke the door down or shot her dog. They didn’t even confiscate her eyebrow pencil. Probably would be jarring if you’re a normal person and not terminally online like Savannah, but I got the feeling she felt weirdly validating by it. You’d think at some point she’d have to realize all her dumb TikTok bullshit is putting her family at risk and stop, but I guess she likes the Karen lifestyle.
