Still, many stores aren't really enforcing masks. Yet I feel like if I go in without one I'll be the one that gets caught. Many times I'm the only white person in a store so I feel like I'd stick out too much.

I live in Pennsylvania, and I can pretty much guarantee you nobody is going to give a shit if you don't wear a mask. The stores in Philadelphia all have a mask requirement, and half the employees even aren't wearing them at this point. If it's a small local store they might care, but otherwise just put a mask on if they ask. The bigger stores stopped giving a shit a long time ago.
