THE ACTUAL TEXT OF THE BILL said that the governor would be given the ability to detain citizens without due process. That isn't fucking misinformation.

AT BEST this bill was a misguided and stupid idea that had no connection to the current crisis, but the fact that this dude introduced it to begin with demonstrates that he has no respect for due process.
