Because validating gender identity of natal males is more important than child health. Because it's crucial to validate male gender identity by taking on female roles. It's the #1 priority.

22 trans men gave birth to babies in Australia in one year. 300,000 cis women did. But for those 22- all guidelines were changed to make them feel better. how DARE you invalidate the oppression of trans people's gender expression. It is very VERY important we centre them over other groups.
