Springboarding off the topic of Jaron's sex life (or lack thereof): I've never known a single MtF who wasn't very loudly into BDSM or who didn't wheedle and coerce his partner (male or female) into dominating him. Extreme sexual submissiveness seems to feed into their need to reinforce their delusion of being weak and easily overpowered like any regular smol gurly-wurl uwu.
I don't necessarily get that vibe from Jaron which makes me wonder if he's just more discrete than your average troon; or, alternately, if he's still young enough to retain a measure of bashfulness around the minute details of the actual act of sex — a quality that seems to dissipate entirely in older troons who often go out of their way to exhibitionistically violate others' personal boundaries surrounding the topic); or if it's just more evidence of how this fantasy of being a member of the weaker sex in our dimorphous species was never something that was authentically Jaron's in the first place.
Of course, I understand that it could also just be a function of individual variation and he might not have any interest in those common troon power dynamics at all; "common" isn't a synonym for "universal," I know. But even then, I'd observe that it's hard to read what Jaron's authentic sexual preferences and peccadilloes even could be beyond a flat, obligatory avowal of being "pansexual" and hoping that his mutilated penis has enough depth for penetration. (Why Jaron? What would make penetration authentically desirable to someone who has never experienced it?)
That it's hard to read Jaron for any authentic sexual appetite is not necessarily a bad thing — a kid who's had the most graphic and intimate parts of his parent's abuse and neglect play out on camera should be encouraged to nurture a sense of privacy and discretion surrounding the details of something as intimate as his personal sex life. But, again, the lack of authentic sexual expression or even playfulness coming from a kid who flaunts everything else on camera could suggest how thoroughly that aspect of his humanity has been destroyed.
If you sterilized and obliterated the human capacity for sexual pleasure from any other group of people it would conceivably be considered a human rights violation (e.g. FGM) or an act of genocide (e.g.,

Bowers also insisted on patients eating a strict vegan diet while they were in-patient and was pretty snotty and overbearing about it. I think that was more about the conceit that a vegan diet was hulthiest for the patience rather than about weight but you could kind of tell Bowers wasn't pleased to have any fatties in his care.
