It's sad when it feels like a special treat to have Gavin or Geoff in a video instead of yet another Trevor/Alfredo/Lindsey/Ky/randos game. Also who the fuck is Joe? They're just adding new people at an incredible rate.

It feels like a show where either the main cast have all quit, or popularity took a major dive, and their only idea on how to fix it is to hire new wacky characters to recreate the spark that is now gone.

The question becomes is Achievement Hunter the brand or is it the people? You see this with bands that have been around for decades and the original members have either been fired, quit, or die. For example, if over the next few years The Rolling Stones slowly replace Mick, Keith, and Ron (Charlie already passed away) with new members and still tried touring as The Rolling Stones, would people actually considering them to be the Stones? So is the band the members or is it just a brand?

When AH puts out videos without any of Geoff, Michael, Gavin, Jack, Ryan, or Ray, are they really Achievement Hunter videos anymore? It will be interesting to see when they get to the point that Geoff, Michael, Gavin, and Jack are no longer involved, will RT still try to pretend the new group is AH?

Achievement Hunter was known for the people but now it's just known for the brand. As gay as this sounds the life of these online channels are almost like TV shows. You could attribute it to like the Simpsons. It started out great with amazing talent and flow but nobody who made it great is there anymore. If Jack, Geoff, Michael, and Gavin were to never appear in videos again I doubt anyone would watch. None of the hired people post Matt and Jeremy seem to have impact on what people want from AH.

Went on the Reddit on a whim and instead of coping over him leaving, people are now saying Jeremy is no longer an official employee and only does contract work when it suits him. Can't blame him, feel like this is the best relationship to have with the sinking ship that is AH without ditching it completely.

Dear fucking god. I really, REALLY hope this sort of shit hasn't poisoned Millie. I wanna know one day she did her own thing, broke off from the AH/RT stigma and made it, not that she took after her mother and decided "Hey instead of making something of myself I'll just take my fucking clothes off for money"
