This is AlisonPrime, a twenty-something "girl gamer" who is a cancer and abuse survivor, also a proud fighting member of GamerGate and totally not using the fact that she's a girl to her advantage.

Now you might be asking why there should be a thread on this girl? She's pretty much a typical and harmless person, not noteworthy in any way. Except for one little problem... AlisonPrime as people know her doesn't exist.

She, in actuality, is a 31-year-old man named Stephen Polk, who stole images of women off of DeviantArt and fabricated the claims of being a cancer and abuse survivor. Not only insulting many people who actually have dealt with domestic abuse and cancer, he also nearly got away with pilfering thousands of dollars from unknowing gamers (via a kickstarter campaign).

The issue was when his house (in which he lives with his mother and seven other siblings) burned down several days ago.

Then came the donation drive and him pushing the kickstarter campaign.

This is when the persona starts to crumble. Internet sleuths then realize that no one named Alison actually lives in the house, but there is 31-year-old Stephen Polk. He eventually comes clean and tells people it was a way "to cope with the death of his father in 2009". Which he just happened to try and get money from as well.

He then confesses to a bunch of random stuff that's either mentioned in the third person or just makes him out to be totally fucked up.

Then, he closes up shop on the persona.

He also has an ask.fm page. It hasn't been updated for a while, but figured I'd save it before he went all scorched earth on his stuff.

And it looks like the dude has an untapped giantess fetish as well. Might be some other ones lurking as well.

This guy may have some milking potential, what with the fallout and all. Stay tuned.

I wonder just how many SJWs and e-beggars are actually completely fake personas made by lonely and autistic adult men. I think a lot of people online these days have forgotten that it is the easiest thing in the world for people to find random pictures of nobodies, slightly edit them to hide them from reverse image searches, and then invent a personality. It used to be common knowledge back in the old days of the internet that most people were completely full of shit, it's a bit sad that most people on social media these days are not skeptical of who they meet online. It's been my default position since I was in middle school to never believe anything anyone asking for money online said or did.

This guy is definitely a complete fuckup. I don't know if he is going to be able to be used as a lolcow though, his whole scam came crashing down and he actually just admitted to it instead of going into panic mode and trying to salvage his persona. He didn't really try to defend the concept of nobody being named Allison living at his residence, I think a lolcow would have done the exact opposite and doubled down on the defensive front. The real lols would have come from this guy trying to maintain the persona in the face of hard evidence to the contrary. That's my view, anyway, maybe he will show up more in his true form and become a legit lolcow, though.

Just how many cows is gamergate going to produce?
The same thing can be asked about tumblr/A-GG, but thats not going to amount to much. because its not the groups producing them its just plain the internet itself.
So how many cows is the internet going to produce?

How about 'why are so many cows involved with gamergate?'

can you screengrab instead of embedding

Why is it that whenever I think of them being one thing, it always comes out as something different?

I mean I looked at the title and thought this was another person who considered Optimus Prime to be her (or in this case, his) lover. But hot damn, now I wish it were. Because this has to be one of the scummiest, and stupidest, people I've noticed. Scamming people is one thing, but insulting people who have cancer is just low (I had a grandmother who died of it months ago).

I really have to wonder what goes on in the minds of these kinds of people. Because this isn't healthy, or sane.

For months, 'Alison' claimed to have 'her' uterus removed at the age of 9 and was unable to have children. And then some comment from 'her' grandmother then turned 'her' into an atheist after that.

I agree. This is just kind of...sad and pathetic.
Also agree, he - and the whole episode - seem weird, odd, curious, morally questionable (well, morally wrong, but tempered somewhat by his apparent mental state at the time) and rather sad; but not necessarily funny in any real capacity (either by the act itself, or subsequent reaction), nor particularly 'milkable'.
