Alright, I wanna rephrase a question I asked months ago:

To those saying Calli is shit at collabs, have you actually watched a 1-on-1 Gura x Calli collab, Ina x Calli collab, or Ame x Calli collab? Or do you just use Meme Review and a select few group HoloEN collabs as your frame of reference?

The new holostars website is up: https://holostars.hololivepro.com/en
Unlike the new hololive site that went up a while back, this site actually has it’s own auditions page this time, instead of the link at the bottom of the page of sending you to the old hololive site. Going to https://hololive.hololivepro.com/en/audition shows that the page is there, it’s just empty. (This also applies to the Japanese version of the page)

On both the new hololive and holostars websites, the “derivative works” button at the bottom will take you to the old hololive website. However, going directly to https://hololive.hololivepro.com/terms shows us that not only does the new hololive website have this page, but that unlike the auditions page, this time it’s actually filled out, but only in Japanese, as an english version of the page doesn’t exist at all - the button to switch to the english at the bottom of the page is greyed out.

As far as I can tell, this page (as in, the one that actually exists) isn’t linked anywhere directly on the website, making it go completely unused and unseen, unless you’re a weirdo like me messing with urls to find completely useless information.

interesting, much like coco's status as [og], kagami kira is still included in the talent list, unlike tsukishita kaoru and yakushiji suzaku. similarly to note and i'm pretty sure it was mentioned before, but the hololive website does not mention mano aloe or hitomi chris either. so what's the significance of the [og] and why do only two of the total graduated members have it and deserve a mention on the site? is it just because their channels are still up?

[og] means that they graduated with proper farewell to the community. The others like kaoru/chris didn't get a page because they violated a contract hence the termination and all of their profiles are wipe out, no questions asked.

Suzaku quit being a vtuber around the time because holostars are really not getting its views, remember this is even before gen 3 holostars debuted. The Aloe also quit on her own so no entries there too.

kira didn't get to have a proper farewell, that's why i was confused. they just went one morning and said "hey kagami kira is quitting due to health reasons". neither is any of hololive cn mentioned, those had a proper graduation too

The difference between Coco/Kira and everyone else, Coco/Kira would be welcomed back by the company with open arms, the others, not so much.
