lbr you just know this woman is incredibly intense and volatile all the damn time and that's why the baby is afraid of her, not because she's cut her hair short and grown half a mustache. Babies and small children can easily be scared by someone whose mood changes every five seconds, who is really unpredictable, keeps talking about things they can't possibly understand (you know she's trying to indoctrinate these babies into gender bullshit), etc. She probably scares the crap out of them, and especially this particular baby because she's targeting them specifically with her rants, mood swings, etc.

Kids are well known for having no filters. I've seen so many absolutely hilarious stories from embarrassed parents about stuff their kids have said and done. Asking people why they are fat is pretty common too. Which makes sense because kids are trying to make sense of this wierd world they live in and the only way to do that is by asking questions. A lot of them haven't really learned why talking to strangers is bad, even though their parents have told them, so they ask funny looking (to them) strangers inappropriate questions.

I'm spitballing here, but cluster bs love praise, affection, people doing what they are told without questioning authority (them), and basically what boils down to being worshipped.

Little kids, despite streaks of oneriness, tend to give adults those things. Cluster b people are usually very charming and charismatic (until you cross them), so a little kid who hasn't gotten on their bad side is probably going to love them in an uncomplicated manner they don't get from adults.

It comes down to the kids give them narc or borderline supply.

This is funny because male and female eye sight is actually different. Women can see colors better than men and men have a higher sensitivity for fast moving things. Not only that but women also have a wider peripheral vision so they actually have the upper hand when trying to find something, as they see more color and a larger area than men. Men have more of a tunnel vision which helps them focus on objects. Makes sense in a hunter & gatherer species.
So yes, this guy has literal "man vision" and there is nothing he can do about it.

As a PhD student, I helped a professor run a study that asked for sex, not gender. We soon heard from the department chair that an offended participant had lodged a complaint about how sex is irrelevant for this work, we need to respect people's genders, etc. (This was quite a while back. I've earned my degree and gotten tenure since then, so I can only fucking imagine what it'd be like now.)
