I once saw a television program that featured a doctor who asserted that megadeathfats do have unusually strong constitutions (it was more empirically grounded than that, but that was the upshot) and, counterintuitively, tended to suffer some of the metabolic side effects of obesity at lower rates than their mid-fat or regular deathfat counterparts. It sort of made sense once I thought about it: I guess the smaller fats who don't make it to be deathfats are the ones with normal constitutions who take themselves out with food before they can blow up to megadeathfat size. On another note, it kind of makes you wonder how strong they might have been if they had pursued athletics or just general fitness rather than food.
Troon docs seem to be made of Teflon these days. It's that unspoken troon community rule that nobody ever complains about troon medical care. That's why you get frankendicks literally dying while still attached and the troons get furious not at the doctor, but at the trans "man" who had the gall to complain about it.

But, it will be portrayed as "life-saving" because of her "dysphoria". Never mind that the only dysphoria she really has about her body is because of all that fat she's hauling around.
Late but Corissa’s claim she has never felt guilty about drinking a Snapple and outrage at the idea makes it obvious that she was never even close to being anorexic.
Honestly? I doubt it. I can see Corissa encouraging her, if Juliana chose to do it, but pushing her to do it? Corissa's far enough up her own ass; she doesn't need to push Juliana into trooning out.
The first reason I can think of why Juliana would choose to go on T now is the belief that it will help her build muscle mass. She had a knee injury that made it difficult for her to get up and down the steps of that house, and required physical therapy for it. She's admitted that the injury and subsequent PT revealed how much strength and mobility she had lost since early 2020, due to being entirely sedentary.
Trying to re-build lost muscle mass when you're as fat as Juliana is, and have as low a tolerance for either exerting yourself or correcting bad lifestyle habits as she obviously does, is extraordinarily difficult, and past a limited extent, impossible. She hasn't said anything about it recently, but I have no reason to believe she's made anything close to a full recovery from that knee injury, and would bet her progress has completely stalled out.
So she may see testosterone as the thing that will help her rebuild muscle and regain some more lost mobility. It may be something she's never felt a burning need to go on, but she's not averse to the masculinizing effects. She already has facial hair due to PCOS, and I'm sure she'd prefer her voice not be so obviously feminine. It's still not going to change the fact that all of her mannerisms and speech patterns are as girly as you can get, but hey, we're not talking about a rational person here.
She may have to drive a bit but she'll be able to find someone who will give it to her no questions asked. Tranny healthcare is like that nowadays. Worst case scenario she'll have to drive to Overland Park or Kansas City, both of which have Planned Parenthoods, which does informed consent.
As a former libtard, I never thought the day would come when I quit supporting Planned Parenthood, but their return to their eugenicist roots with "gender affirming health care," and providing hormones that have permanent, devastating effects on young women under the pretext of "informed consent," means they'll never get another fucking dime from me.

Doctors might also refuse to put Juliana on T is because she's going to need a hysterectomy within a few years. and I doubt she'll ever lose enough weight for them to be able to do this to her safely. Wasn't Amberlynn Reid (I might be confusing my deathfats) get denied a hysterectomy because she was too fat?
And if she wants to get on testosterone to gain muscle, well....uh, you still have to workout the muscles. It's not like it's a magic pill that instantly transforms you into a swole bro while doing absolutely nothing. And with her admitting she basically can't do any normal physical activity, like standing or going up five fucking steps, again, T is going to do nothing for her, except make her possibly more hairy.
A big if, but IF they do give her some sort of cross sex hormones, I'd see it being the gel, versus the injection. Probably a bit safer and easier, but also due that J's too fat for a normal needle to inject IM.
