He said he got a verbal offer from Goldman Sachs (his dream place to work at) but then 9/11 happened and they couldn't take him on. He then got into real estate and was fantastic until the crash happened, then he worked for a charter school.

The thing is, if you read his how to become a millionaire articles from when he tried that grift, they are bare bones compared to his sex articles. In the pervert stuff he uses examples, gives scenarios, etc, but in the finance articles it's just like "You'll need some money, like $10-40k, and you should start with your own home...
